Opened at 3PM Monday to Friday and 12pm Saturday and Sunday. Our famous #halfyhour is 3PM - 5PM & 10PM-12AM everyday, classic tacos & all tequila are half price and margaritas and beers are $6.

Anejo has very cool ambience. It's one of my go to restaurants when I've friends visiting and we are hanging out in Toronto city. I love their salsa and guacamole making process on our tables shows how much they love to provide food with fresh ingredients. Also gives us a chance to connect with the crew. We tried vegetarian tacos, super loaded, super delicious and healthy. Their margaritas are amazing too! Have been here 3 times so far and we have has an amazing time always.

The patio had a lovely set up, but being next to the sidewalk and street at a busy intersection led to a lot of noise and distractions. The food was excellent, and the service was okay. Highly recommend ordering the guacamole, which is prepared table side.

Service was slow and although our server was very nice it certainly did not make up for our initial greeting when they could not find my reservation and asked me immediately if I was mistaken and had the wrong day! She should have instead asked to see my Rez or if there might be another name. It was in the same last name just different first. We waited ages for our dessert which was comped but response was generally slow and although I tried to buy additional item the wait was so long again I left. Sad to say will likely not go back.

Our server was absolutely wonderful! I wish I remembered her name but she had brown wavy hair. She was so informative sweet and quick, I felt so paid attention to and had a lovely dinner. Food was amazing margs as well. Wish it wasn’t so expensive lol but love the place and will always come back!

I had much more expectation from the place was honestly a bit disappointed with the food and drinks. The cocktails were ok, the Mezcal margarita was a slightly better. The Tacos, Mexican dishes were good but could have been much better.

The food is ALWAYS excellent at Añejo! But our experience this time was much different than the last. It was 5pm on a Sunday just after Happy Hour, and it started to slow down a bit. Truly, not that busy inside and our normally attentive food and beverage server was less than attentive. Perhaps an off night for him?! Hope he feels better soon!

The ambiance and service was great! But the value for money was poor. We ordered tacos and were very excited to try them out. When they arrived, the tacos were very plain… literally a piece of meat wrapped in a soft taco shell, no sauces and only a little bit of diced tomato & cilantro. Something out of a grocery store taco kit but very expensive. Not filling at all, we left still hungry and looking around for somewhere else to go. Drinks were very expensive as well. We were not happy.

The server, Miles I believe was awesome. The people who bright our drinks and food were very kind. We tried 3 items and the appetizer with the mushrooms was easily the best. The other things were great two, we got the Al pastor and the meat was seasoned and tastes so good. The problem was it was MESSY to eat haha. It fell apart over stuffed but good either way. The final thing was a really popular dish that comes with a fried taco you dip in broth. Great food came out to $90 before too and even had 2 alcoholic drinks. Good experience!

Thank you for a wonderful time, we really enjoyed the food, can you expand the menu and or have some specials, only issue is the restaurant is WAY too loud. Some sound proofing deadening would help. M
