    What a fun find! From the decor to the drinks to the food, this has to be one of the best spots on King St W. The selection and creativity of the margaritas is absolutely amazing. They were all so tasty! We had the guava, mango, coconut, and cucumber, and I would highly recommend all four. The short rib tacos were by far the best! Highly recommend for a fun night out.

    The food was so delicious! I was expecting to not find any drink for someone like me who doesn’t drink but they had a few choices! I wished they would expand it! But overall everything was amazing! The service, the place the food, everything!

    Great service but the tacos were really dry. They took 25% off the bill when we told them, which was nice of them, however I have consistently heard the tacos are not great. I wanted to try it for myself, but Unfortunately it is true. I would not recommend coming here :(

    I ordered the molcajete de carne and it was very good. Good value and tasted delicious. My only suggestion would be to include limes on the side.

    Came for happy hour (3-5pm) with a friend and got the margaritas ($6 each) and tacos ($3 each). I had the mango and strawberry margaritas and the pulled pork and fish tacos. All were so tasty. Sauce selection on the table was great; I really liked the mayo sauce. I had a sip of my friend’s guava marg and it was very refreshing! Server kindly came around just before 5 to ask for last call before Happy Hour ended. Great value, will definitely be back!

    Service and food was good but the music was way too loud. My friends and I couldn’t hear each other and had to yell across the table. Takes away from the experience.

    I can't eat Mexican anywhere else now, because Anejo is everything.....the absolute best food, guac and tortilla chips and margaritas and dessert I have ever had. I totally enjoyed. And will be back again for sure !!

    This is our favourite mexican restaurant in Toronto. Went there last night for our 25th wedding anniversary (but nobody cares, right?) . The table was great, per request. After that based on the suggestion of the server I ordered a skinny margarita as i dont like sugar/sweetners in my drink. The drink was tasteless. I said I wanted to stick to my original plan of a glass of wine ( no one can mess that up). Wine arrived when we are half way through the meal and after a couple of reminders. Re the meal - we ordered salsa molcajete which came in reasonable time and person who brought it was nicely doing the smashing and chopping etc on the table and while she is doing that our main course of molcajete carne arrives!! When the server saw that the appetizer was being prepared at the table, he offerred to take away the main and keep it warm but then said the stone will keep it warm anyway so we asked him to leave it at the table. Does anyone see anything broken in this process? Why does a dish to be shared by 2 people come with an odd number of tortillas, in our case we got 5, either give 4 and say pay extra for more or give atleast 6. We ordered both the desserts, pretty good, churros were well done per request, the chocolate sauce is too watery, does not stick on the churro. Did not use to be this way previously. All in all, the food tastes wonderful that is why we come back, service - meh. I was quite disppointed.

    Fatima was our wonderful server for the evening. She did an incredible job in managing multiple large party tables. The food was great, the vibe was great and the service was great. All around we had a fantastic time.

    Food was ordered around the same time and they came out at varying times. Taco meats (except chicken & mushrooms) was dry. Drinks were good and reasonably priced.

    I'd been really looking forward to Anejo for a while, and overall, it was a good time. The drinks were outstanding, and the table-side fresh guacamole was some of the best I've ever had! The tacos, however, were a bit of a disappointment. The mahi mahi tacos (premium) were bland, the white corn tortillas fell apart easily, but the fried fish and pulled pork tacos (regular) were decent. I'd say this place is great for drinks and apps on the patio.

    We have reserved a table for my birthday for 8 people. The food and the drinks were amazing but our server was very slow, overwhelmed and not attentive at all. 20% tip was automatically included in our bill so I guess she just didn't have to work hard for the tip... it's a bit disappointing as we spent over a $1000. Another server had to step in at one point to clean tour table and take drink orders. Just an advice, place your beat servers for tables with bigger groups.
