Poderi Aldo Conterno is regarded as one of the best winemakers in Piemonte, and it is an honor to be able to create a menu worthy of such beautifully crafted wine. Join us through a multi-course menu, with wine pairings for each course, as we experience what makes Poderi Aldo Conterno one of Piemonte's finest! Dinner is $180 (+tax & gratuity) and starts at 6pm. My wife and I ate there for the first December 4th. My bride is a petite woman and I’m a big guy with different eating habits. We both found food that was delicious. Everything we ate, we would eat again.

Everything was fabulous. We did have a holiday party next to us and they were very loud but otherwise great experience. I made a reservation after two coworkers recommended your venue. Did not disappoint. Thank you.

We did the tasting menu. One regular, one gluten free. Both excellent and the GF one was not in any way "less than." Wine pairings were spot on.

Food was amazing! Get the short rib for sure. Service was top notch and the reverse boulevardier was awesome. If you haven’t, just go ahead and go here

Exceptional service, every staff member was welcoming and friendly. The Italian Gentleman who talked up through the wine pairing was world class and incredibly knowledgeable! Highly recommend the tasting menu with wine pairing

Outstanding dinner! Our first time here and we loved all of it - did the tasting menu with wine pairing. Food was AMAZING! Wine and the lovely Italian sommelier were first rate. Great service! We will be back !!

Amazing food, wine, service, and atmosphere. They have an incredible tasting menu and apply a unique spin to many "traditional" dishes. We have been there multiple times, and you can count on their consistency.

We have dinner at Anima about 1 every other month. The service, food and their creativity with flavors is outstanding. The tasting menu is the big hit and we usually get it. Priced at $95 a person it is a tremendous value compared to other tasting menus around town. We ate their last night and the scallop in a half shell, the lobster ravioli and the other pasta dish were the favorites. The servers are very attentive while not overwhelming. Joe one of the Partners is super friendly and the Chef is an award winning chef. This and EDO are two of our favorite restaurants in Las Vegas.

This is a WOW restaurant! We had the chefs tasting menu ( both regular and vegan) and both exceeded expectations y 100%+! Service was attentive but not intrusive. The sommelier is also on hand to find that perfect bottle. Hand crafted cocktails were inventive. But the food ……each bite was a treat.

Food was great, but it took so long in between dishes. Our reservations was at 6:15 pm, our table was ready, which was great. We ended up leaving at 8:45pm. No explanation as to way the slow service. Not sure I'll go back.

Could not have been better. I had the vegetarian tasting menu and my husband had the regular tasting menu. Everything was great, we couldn’t pick a favorite dish. Fun cocktails, great vibe, outstanding service. We sat at the bar and Brody went above and beyond.

When going of the strip you always want to find a great place and Anima was a great recommendation from a Vegas friend. Service from Anthony was great. Super knowledgeable and well executed. Food was on point and paced very well for us as we ordered numerous courses. Would certainly return.

We celebrated our anniversary at Anima and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food was delicious, we enjoyed every dish we ordered. The service was wonderful as well. We’ll definitely come back!
