   My 1st time @ Anima EDO... We had the Tasting Menu @ $80 pp for Eight courses which was an Excellent Value. Each of the courses had very good flavors to savor in each bite. The service by Alex was VERY Good along with the Food Runners and Busboys... THE Problems HOWEVER: 1) Each Course is served in a 'Sharing Dish' for the GUESTS to divide themselves. They come well presented with accents to many Subtle flavors. 2) However, when a Guest is splitting it themselves, we are not aware of the 'Drizzles of Accent Flavors' each dish has to offer by the Chef. I recommend each dish be mixed-up before splitting BY the Server. 3) They do NOT change each Guest's 'Split Plate' after each course leaving Flavor Remnants from Previous courses. 4) The Beverages are a BIT on the 'Short Side'. We WILL Return to try individual items being prepared individually for EACH Guest. Bon Appetit!

   Service+, value+, flavors+, presentation are all extremely exceptional For the price don't think there is a better restaurant around Beef carpaccio on the crispy cheese filled puffs and short rib are not to be missed Strawberry granita is the most phenomenal dessert I've had - get it everytime I've been to Anima and EDO

   Anima by EDO is one of our favorite restaurants! We ordered the chef's tasting menu, and it was wonderful! The food was fantastic! The service at Anima is always fantastic! We highly recommend it to everyone!

    This spot was my favorite dining experience in all of Vegas. The staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond for us. And to top it off, the food was incredible. This is definitely a must-go spot if you’re in the area.

    The food, service and cocktails are amazing. The dishes served are a culinary delight. The staff is courteous and most attentive to the guests. The tasting menu is delicious from a wonderfully talented Chef. The bartenders cocktails are tasty and exquisite and also great wines. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant .

    One of the best meals we’ve had in a long time! Our server Alicia was fantastic. Knowledgeable about the menu and helped pick a progressive experience that fit well. The Ahi Tuna was the stand out star dish. But everything was beautifully presented with amazing well balanced flavors. We will be back again and again!

    A great dining experience. We tried the fixed menu and it was amazing. 8-9 courses and each was better than the previous. The Wagu Steak dish was amazing. Can’t wait to try it again.

    This was an outstanding choice and an excellent night out away from the Vegas strip. If coming from out of town, it's well off the strip (~20 minutes) but well worth the cab/rideshare. We did the vegetarian tasting menu and wine pairing. The food was fantastic and the 2 sommeliers were world-class with their pairing and insights—completely elevating the wine pairing experience to a whole new level and the star of the “show.” They took the time to go into the great detail on the wine down to how much sun and other weather conditions for the grapes that made each wine unique (I will now be on a quest for at least 3 new wine varieties) …so definitely an experience in the “surprise and delight” category. While we didn’t experience them, the team explained to us that they also can accommodate gluten free and other dietary restrictions for their menus—so if you have to coordinate a restaurant for different diets, it’s well worth calling and consulting with them as it seems the chef and team pride themselves on their ability to give everyone an amazing experience. They were willing to let us split the veggie and meat tasting menus…but, without arm twisting, my dining companion opted for the vegetarian and just ordered an extra beef tartare and was equally satisfied.     The entire experience at Anima by EDO was excellent with delicious food, prompt and constant service by several members of the team, and even visits from the kitchen staff to see how we were doing. The chef’s choice multi course meal is highly recommended and adding the wine pairing is a major bonus. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will return when we are in the area again

    Food was outstanding— inventive, tasty and plated beautifully. While we loved all the dishes, highest rated was the halibut and risotto. Definitely worth going back to or, if you haven’t yet, trying it for the first time. A home run!

    Total disappointment. Dover Sole is a very delicate fish. It should be served simple. Ours was mushy and disgusting tasting. I don't know if the fish was old or if piling all that crap on it and breading it made it mushy. They offered to get us something else, we said no. Won't be back. Too many great places to eat in LV.     This is a brilliant reinvention of traditional tapas dishes. Everything was wonderful, service spot on and sommelier Paolo’s breadth and depth of wine knowledge was amazing. In two meals, We devoured the artichoke, tuna sashimi, papas bravas, bikini, pappardelle with shrimp, green tartare, and lobster crostini. The only miss was the rigatoni, very bland and one note. More salt, heat and acid would fix it. Overall, some of the best food we’ve sampled in quit a while. Love this restaurant!

    Ended up doing the tasting menu, as per recommendation by the server. I can say on behalf of my date and I that the tasting menu was worth every penny. Of course this was also with the aid of champagne recommended by their in house sommelier. Will be back again!

    I learned about Anima by EDO through Eater Las Vegas. Their review was spot on...this place was excellent! Service was very attentive without being overbearing and the owner, Joe, actively visited each table, checking to ensure all was well. The food was very fresh and delicious - we opted for a variety of appetizers: oysters, kaluga caviar & eggs, octopus, Catalan olive bread w/cultured butter & anchovies, and bravas potatoes. We will definitely return!
