One of the best dining experiences I have had. The food was amazing - Spanish/ Italian tapas. The Scallops crudo was out of the world. We tried the foie gras, mushroom Croquettes, Catalan bread with cheese, octopus and the gnocchi. The special black feet pig jamon was out of the world. Our wait staff and server were amazing. The sommelier made an excellent red blend recommendation. We had happy and content faces all over. The place is located outside the strip - but worth your time 100 times over. Thank you Anima team for making our evening special

Chef Oscar is a culinary master. Both Edo and Anima are incredible. The tasting menu is totally worth it and provides a great diversity of flavors. The service is incredible, everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. There’s a reason this place got on the James Beard list so fast.

Sooooo much wine! We ordered the degustation menu and wine pairing. I'm certain everything was delicious, but my memory is a little wine muddled. The entire staff was wonderful. Watching them go about their work was like a night at the ballet. The sommelier might just be the best in Vegas. We will be back for 1 bottle of wine and tapas, tapas, tapas!

It is my and my boyfriend’s first time at Anime by EDO and we were celebrating my birthday dinner as well. We had chose to do the Chef’s Tasting Menu and it was a well curated menu and each courses complimented each other. Honestly, it blew us and our taste buds away. Our waiter, Alex, as well the other’s of the wait staff were very kind, amazing, and super attentive. They had made my birthday dinner very memorable.

Exceptional service from reception to the end. The server was personable and knowledgeable about the menu. All the dishes we selected were delicious so much so that we wished there were bigger portions You will not be disappointed. Order a variety of plates.

We ordered the Chef's tasting menu and it was outstanding. The add ons are well worth the small additional charge. The wine list i terrific and Paolo, the Somm, can make great choices for you.

One of the best meals we've ever had in Las Vegas. The food was imaginative, delicious and beautifully presented. The service was impeccable and the room was very relaxing. Although it was a very good distance off the strip, that's exactly what we liked about it. Quite, relaxing, a perfect evening. I recommend Anima without reservation, you cannot go wrong there when looking for a lovely dinner.

The meal my fiancee and I had was fantastic. We were greeted immediately with smiles and introductions from the staff. We were promptly seated and out server explained the tasting menus and a la carte in depth to us. Soon after Paolo the Sommelier came by and had the best personality. We enjoyed some libations and chose a two courses from each menu section and were very satisfied and full. The Beef Carpaccio is a must as well as the Lamb Chops. All in all we will be back again for many more great nights in the future. Thank you Anima Team.

The staff is very welcoming, friendly yet professional. The small plates style offers a lot of variety. The food is delicious and inventive and great value for money. For a weekday night, the place was busy which gives it a bit of a buzz but no delays in service.

Now I know that the reviews for this place are fake and the professional write ups are paid for. The service was painfully slow taking over 2.5 hours to get small plates of tapas we ordered at the start of our meal. The food was over salted and trying to hard. Parmesan eggplant was not described as the foamy soup that was presented. Just being experimental does not good food make. The tuna was fishy and obviously gone off. The ambience was chaotic with a man in suspenders frequently running across the restaurant with arms full of wine glasses.

The food was fabulous! Very intense flavors in their dishes. Their cocktails were also lovely. Our bartender was very knowledgeable and treated us kindly. I will most definitely have to return to experience what other extraordinary flavors I can devour.

Anima was an outstanding culinary experience. Layers of complexities and flavors unlike any other. Tapas style portions that were shared. Fabulous gin and tonic menu, other great cocktails and a wine list of great depth. Owners are “hands on” and help create an extraordinary evening! Loved it!

Wow! Great experience. Food was amazing! Lots vegetarian options as well. The Green Tartare, Andalusian Beets & Tartare, Tuna Tartare, Eggplant Parmigniano and Mushroom Rissoto all rocked. Service was professional yet very friendly. Great wine selection. What's not to love! Can't wait to go back!

My biggest regret is waiting so long to eat here. My partner said "the unexpected spice on the scallops made the paired wine literally, not figuratively, not metaphorically, literally, dance off his tongue. This place is the bees knees, the biz, so fun, much enjoyed, five stars, highly recommended, number one now favorite. period.

The food and service were great, minus a couple of small hiccups. The tables are so close together and it's so loud with noise from everyone, you can't hear who you're with. One of the top 3 octopus dishes I've ever eaten; the eggplant croquettes were fantastic, the duck and foie gras agnolotti was full of flavor. I would definitely go back to try the dishes I didn't get this time around. Just try for an earlier dinner to avoid the noise of the crowded restaurant.
