The Hotel’s favorite whimsical dining experience is fit for the whole family with new “La Familia” showings of Animación at Ciclo. Guests of all ages can enjoy the animated show with kid-friendly showtimes and menu offerings. Due to the communal nature of the event, we ask that children be of the appropriate age to enjoy the 2-hour program in its entirety. Please note a children’s menu ($48/child) is only available for the select “La Familia” showtimes.

We were celebrating our 4th Wedding anniversary. This was a unique and different experience. Of course the food was outstanding and the service was excellent!!

We loved the food and the staff was wonderful. The animation element was very childish, so not what we were expecting for an adult only date night with a $$$$ price tag. I would recommend the meal, just without the animation addition.

Don’t do this, save the money. I see the concept but it reminded me of a bad children’s movie that should have been paired with chicken nuggets versus mediocre fine dining.

The experience was wonderful, from the moment we checked in with the hostess until we walked out, post dinner. Every meal was beautifully plated, explained and tasted delicious. The portions are BIG so come with an appetite and make your money's worth :) The wine pairings were perfectly selected as well and complemented the dishes well. The chef was generous too and gave the rest of us extra dessert because one of the couples was celebrating their anniversary and he didn't want us to feel left out. The animation is fun but a bit hard to hear, specially if your group is having fun like ours did, but nonetheless, it did not take away from the experience. I will add, though, that the animation was a bit cheesy and can be improved upon in future iterations. Would definitely recommend checking it out :)

It has potential. Food was great. Story was both hokey and unnecessary. There is a restaurant (top in the world) in Barcelona that uses similar tech, without the g-rated silly cartoon

What a great and beautiful unexpected experience. I traveled miles into Austin to Celebrate my Dear Husband’s birthday, and soon as I got in I got us a reservation to a different night out at the four seasons restaurant. Once there, I’d like to say that it was one of the most unique experience that will make you feel alive and remembered of the child in you. We often forget how fun and simple it was when we were kids. And so, this night I saw my husband and others on the table giggle, laugh and be themselves, and so, at that moment, I realized the uniqueness of that night. Food was excellent and well executed as the wine pairing was. Sommelier did an amazing job pairing our food with every served glass. I thanked everyone for making this night very special and to remain us of the beauty of simple art, things and themes.

I just don't think it was worth the $600 for the 2 of us. Cool idea though! The food and service were good.

I had seen this event advertised and thought it would be a unique experience for my husband's 50th birthday. He loves art and from the marketing it seemed to imply this would be an immersive art dinner. Since it is through the Four Seasons I had high expectations for supreme quality. The food, wine and service was top notch. Outstanding. The dining experience, however, was juvenile and embarrassing. It took the high end taste of Four Seasons and watered it down to a cheap low quality childlike disney cruise themed dinner. I was horrified. This event is completely misrepresented online and is not suitable for special events or date nights. It is an expensive kid dinner at best.

The food and service was great, the animation was sub par at best to be honest. We came for an anniversary dinner and given the price per plate we and the venue’s reputation, we expected to be impressed. The quality of the animation and the cheesy story line and jokes the characters made were really bad. There were so few images or understanding of what to expect, it was hard to judge prior to committing, but given it was the Four Seasons and a killer restaurant, I thought it would have been better than it was.

I was rolling the dice on this experience since there were little reviews I could find. The service was great, drinks were good, food was ok, and the ambience was painful. The animated dinner was embarrassingly awkward, essentially an off brand cartoon. The music kept on loop was painful. We were lucky to have found a good connection with the couple in front of us but be prepared to be face to face with strangers in close quarters. Conceptually this could have been cool, but for how this was executed and the money I paid, it it was not worth it.
