Went to this restaurant Saturday night the food was excellent .. but the server brought the appetizers out with the food .. no management helped couldn't get a refill on drinks very disappointing

Waitress had a hard time with service overall. We would have piles of dirty dishes and she would serve entrees or desserts without cleaning up. I had to ask multiple times if she could clear our table. At one point our table of 7 had about 10-12 (wine, soda) empty drink glasses, dirty napkins and no water. The restaurant was also empty. It was 12pm on a Monday and I had to find a bar back to get some water. Every time I turned around to find her she was standing behind the bar drinking coffee or tea. We came here to celebrate a graduation and it was an awful experience. I have served in fast paced NYC wood fire pizza restaurants and could never treat customers like the way she did. Definitely needs a re -education in service.

I like this place but it is hit/miss depending on the server. This night our server must have had hearing issues. I told her multiple times that I was also redeeming a reward to share as an app with my friends...I made sure she understood but then switched it and charged me the full charge. I had to ask the manager who was able to remove the charge. I also wish they would offer gluten free and dairy free cheese options.

We had a birthday lunch for 15 boys. The staff was unbelievably friendly and accommodating. They brought the food and drinks out, served the kids and adults, came around and asked about seconds very efficiently. Meal was delicious and well priced. Thank you.

Managment had changed...maybe they need to find their routine. Service was slow although the wait staff were friendly. A few new menu items were offered but none that could be altered for specialty diets like gluten free or vegan. Hoping they will soon offer these options.
