We were seated at a table near the exit from the kitchen. Every server that walked in or out of the kitchen yelled “corner”. This was disturbing. That table should be removed.

The experience was generally ok. They sat us at the end of the aquarium where people tend to stop for photos, so we did not have a great view. The server was “new” and was nice but not a great server for a high demand tourist destination role. The service was very slow. The food was very mediocre. The experience is something different so for that reason I would say give it a shot.

Food was poor, very small serving size for cost, complained about the steak and not one person addressed it. For $100 meal it was no way near worth the experience!!!!!

Had such high hopes that got dashed when my wife’s food arrived cold. Needless to say, we ate separately as I finished my meal before her plate arrived for a second time and wasn’t much warmer. Also, it is a bit annoying having someone walking around peddling pictures and posing table guests. Ended up disappointed by the whole experience.

staff definitely could’ve been more professional and had less attitude. glad we decided to just eat there instead of spending so much for the birthday package because the whole experience was lacking. food was okay but at the price point could have been better, it was definitely hit or miss. the communication was not it, when the restaurant ran out of calamari instead of letting us know so we could decide to keep our order or change it we weren’t notified at all. they did give an extra cheese stick but that’s not the point this should’ve been communicated to our party. overall it was little things that didn’t make this what we thought it would be.

Amazing restaurant and would definitely go again. Loved the fact that it was a miniature aquarium inside of a restaurant. Food and drinks were amazing. Wish they had more options for appetizers though but amazing food.

Very disappointed. For the price of the food and being a fish place you would think they would know how to cook fish. Burnt scallops and way over cooked shrimp. They have drinks that are a special make and don’t even have the stuff to make them. Not worth the money or the time. Would not go again.

We were pleasantly surprised with our visit to the Aquarium Restaurant. It was the perfect place to take out of town guests visiting and kids. Our server was so nice and attentive. Everyone loved their meal- salmon & fish and chips were favorites.

Our first visit to this Aquarium Restaurant and we enjoyed. The absolute best part was our waiter Jesse. He provided excellence throughout our dinner. We popped in for dinner before a concert at Opry House. Jesse was friendly and professional and made great suggestions too. He was quick with our order and repeated our order for accuracy. He was happy and made us feel happy about dining with him. He even suggested dessert which we ordered to go. I highly recommend this fine young waiter. He has an amazing future ahead. Thank you Jesse for a wonderful dinner! You’re the best!!

Great to be able to create my own dish with Melissa topping on rice. Portions reasonably sized. Gabe was helpful and pleasant. The highlight of course is the entertainment provided by the fish!

The environment was beautiful. The hostess was great. I waited more than 30 minutes for my food. When my food came out my salad come out with very little dressing. My food was very salty and full of some kind of spicy seasoning, this was after I told the server I didn’t want any extra spices that were hot or with pepper on my food. I had the seafood platter. I had the tidal wave drink and that was disgusting. I told the waiter and he seemed not to care.

This restaurant was amazing. We were seated quickly food was served at a decent time. The drinks were alright. Gabe our server was amazing at checking in with us, making sure we were good with refills and or condiments. He even took our photo at the end, although they were closing. Definitely would recommend.

The staff here go absolutely above and beyond. Our server was amazing and incredibly professional. The Greek salad was delicious. I absolutely recommend checking the website to see when the mermaids perform, it’s an amazing experience especially for kids!

The fish tacos were delicious. Atmosphere was fantastic! Our granddaughter especially loved it. Service was accommodating when asked for a rush on food for our hungry toddler. Kids meal: Mac n cheese was good. Chicken strips, not so much.
