   This was a wonderful experience! Food and drinks were excellent and the staff was incredible. Watching all the cool fish, stingrays, sharks and eals made the night one to remember!

   It is kind of over rated for process of making a reservation. If I have to make a reservation I expect proper seasoning of the steak. I expect the food to be more unique rather than generic that I can get at Texas roadhouse. A little bit of a let down.

   We visit plenty of Landry’s restaurants around the country and truthfully this is one of the top experiences overall that we have had. Everything from food to service was great.

   Food was good but our waitress was great at first but our reservation was at 8 and I guess she was more focused on getting ready to close then being our waitress. We had to ask for drink refills by the time she came back our meals were gone and she was nowhere around we sat for almost 15 mins before she came with the check which we had to ask for. Not a great visit for us.

   The aquarium itself was lovely. The food was bad . I had a shrimp salad and the shrimp was overcooked and it contains the thinnest slices of watermelon I have ever seen. My companion had a salad with chicken and the chicken was overcooked and tough. The cost of the meal was not representative of the quality.

    First time at Aquarium restaurant Opry Mills and Absolutely Loved it. Made a reservation and did not have to wait at all. Seating was Perfect, scenery of fish was awesome, service was top notch and Food Was DELICIOUS.

    I enjoyed the experience the only thing I didn't like was the food needed more seasoning and my 8 yr old son didn't too much like the fish I wish there were fish sticks on the menu other than that everything was great.

    My 5 year old son thinks it is the coolest restaurant in the city. We go there for his special occasions. The aquarium is very therapeutic! I could sit and watch it for hours.

    Made reservations and when we arrived were told to get in line to wait for a table. Although the restaurant is unusually beautiful and fascinating, it is rather like being at a Texas Road House or Golden Coral. There was a large waitress with a bow in her hair waiting on the booth next to us that was doing a creditable imitation of a rodeo clown, in volume and manner. It was annoying and jarring.

    We generally do not leave negative reviews, however this experience was not good. After getting in from a long road travel day, we show up early for our reservation (made online months ago/recommend). With no signs what so ever directing the check in process, but a long unformed line, we ask the hostess what we need to do to check in, per we made reservations. The response was not great, but very rude in nature. Then the communication between the hostess and the individual seating us, was lacking, they did not even know who we were when we presented ourselves, causing more confusion. The fish tanks and decor are amazing, making a great dinning experience, or at least we thought. Our server was nice enough. When we advised we have an allergy, we were advised there is not much they can do to accommodate (no fault of server, they did check) with the choices we were hoping for, outside of a house salad. Then at the end we were not even asked if we were interested in dessert, but our bill😞, which would have been nice since all we could eat was a salad. The point of this review is to help fellow diners in thinking twice about spending you meal time here if you have a food allergy. Allergies should be taken seriously. There are ways to prepare food to accommodate everyone. We will not be back.

    It is SUCH a great place to bring kids—of course the aquarium is amazing for them to see! Our service was very good, the kids were very happy, but honestly, the food is sub-par. My husband and I both got the fried seafood platter. I was surprised at how small the servings were. The fried oysters were TINY! The fries were sparse—it just didn’t seem like enough for the price. The fish was tilapia, thin, not a lot of flavor. The kids got what looked like little frozen pizzas from Costco, which they actually liked. However, I understand that it is a very tough business, and everything is very expensive, so I understand. I would take the kids again (we were there with our grandchildren) b/c of the aquarium part, not so much b/c of the food.

    It was my first time eating at this restaurant! I came here to have a small graduation dinner with my family and the service was just amazing, the server we had an amazing attitude. She made us laugh a few times and even told us if we needed anything else before she left with our dishes.

    Very cool restaurant design wise. Kids had an absolute blast with all the marine life. The food was so bad. Let alone the price for what you get. It's to be expected for where you are, but the food awful. Maybe it was what we got, but I would've enjoyed cheap fast food more. I would recommend this restaurant for the experience but not the food.

    I had gone to the aquarium once as a kid and loved it. I have took a date last night and it was wonderful. After looking at your website, I will definitely be taking my siblings to the mermaid breakfast!

    I keep telling myself you pay for the experience, but the food and drinks for price ratio is just not there. Tourist trap is all. It gets me once a decade being from here. Kids were happy, but my wife and I were not. Better to go to McDonald's and then an aquarium.

    The atmosphere was great! Definitely a great experience. We don’t have an Aquarium anywhere near Nashville so this is the closest we can get LOL. The food..not so good. We got the crab dip which I heard was popular. It tasted like heavy cream..that’s it. The fried foods they have though are good! You can’t really mess that up LOL. I had the Cajun combo. The fried catfish and shrimp was good! The red beans and rice was a no. Over cooked rice and undercooked beans. It taste like their food needs seasoning… It’s definitely tourist-motivated with the high prices & mediocre food: a place to say “oh yeah, I’ve been there”. I would still recommend for the experience. But only get the fried food.

    Really enjoyed the food and service. Kids were pretty out of control in the restaurant. I am a mom of 4 I know how it can be but it was very noisy. Overall I had a great time and would love to go back.

    It was our first time eating there... It was a really cool experience… it was pricey, but that was to be expected for a restaurant like this… my steak wasn’t cooked as well as I had ordered but I didn’t want to complain…. lately when we go out to eat, the food is just terrible and the service is even worse… this day, the food was hot and tasted really good and the service was really good as well… so because of that, I am very grateful, it was SO refreshing to FINALLY have a good restaurant experience! We are planning on returning in June for the Mermaid breakfast and we are really looking forward to this!

    Our server was wonderful and of course the restaurant is peaceful and beautiful. However, the chicken wrap and fried fish were not tasty and there was too much dressing in the chicken wrap. The sweet tea was good! The French fries were fresh and tasty.
