La comida es buena, pero si al realizar la reservación señalas que vas a celebrar un cumpleaños y al llegar confirmas lo mismo, no entiendo porque los meseros no verifican dicha información ya que en otra mesa si les dieron pastel para la celebración y a mi mesa no, les faltan atención a los detalles sobre todo porque no es un lugar económico y no deberían dejar pasar esos detalles

El mesero me cobró más propina, le di una cantidad y el se puso más porcentaje en la terminal valiéndole mis indicaciones, en segunda hice reservación con semanas de anticipación y nos dieron la peor mesa incómoda y mal puesta que no se podía ni disfrutar y eso hizo que la pasara mal.

Mal servicio, llegamos a festejar un cumpleaños pedimos cena y dos postres le pedimos al mesero que el postre para el cumpleañero nos dice que debemos entregar el INE, se le entrega y aun así nunca llega.. creo q las personas que van a ese sitio no andarían inventado un cumpleaños por un postre :(.

Todo estuvo excelente, sin embargo, al finalizar el servicio y pedir la cuenta la mesera que nos atendió nos hizo reclamo de que no habíamos dejado propina. No nos estábamos negando a dejar propina, pero el hacer el reclamo fue lo que nos disgustó

La comida deliciosa, pedimos unas lajas de berenjena con jocoque (exquisitas), rigattoni al pistache (muy rico pero en exceso de grasa, no pudimos acabarlo por lo grasoso), una pesca del día (exquisita, ligeramente salado, pero nosotros comemos poca sal). El servicio que nos dió Roberto impecable, el lugar es de lo más lindo. El restaurante queda al frente (climatizado) y el bar que está al fondo es lindísimo!!!!! No salimos a beber algo porque es para estar de noche ya que está a cielo abierto. En las ruinas de una casona que se ve espectacular, da un ambiente muy agradable. La música nos pareció que no va con la ambientación del lugar.

I met a friend at Arcano on the early side so the restaurant was pretty empty when we arrived, but it did start to fill up by the time we left. The service was very attentive, and the food is outstanding. Their vegetables were delicious, well cooked and very good flavor. Here in the Yucatan, they can be hard to find in restaurants. The food is international with a Yucatecan slant. It is a little meat heavy, no chicken on the menu, some fish, but very good. Not cheap but a very good experience overall.

We enjoyed all of our food and wait staff was excellent. The only thing I would say is that I’m sensitive to strong smells and inside it was really potent. Luckily we where moved to an outside Terrance table. The music was very high energy to attract a younger hip crowd. Ceviche was excellent and the steak was the best I’ve ever had. A+

Es mi lugar favorito en Mérida. Cualquiera de sus espacios vale la pena, aunque su terraza es lo máximo. Jueves a sábado noches con DJ...diversión garantizada.

Ya hemos ido varias veces, y como siempre, esta última fue increíble. La comida deliciosa y el servicio realmente bueno, los meseros son muy amables, saben a detalle de la comida que te están sirviendo y en general de todo el lugar, te hacen la experiencia mucho mejor al contarte de la casa o del concepto. 100% recomendado.
