The service was great and the food was delicious. The menu changes often so there’s always new things to try. Bit pricy but that’s to be expected.

We were there to celebrate a birthday, and the family thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The wait staff was attentive without being intrusive, and responsive to all requests. Noise level was quiet enough to easily hold conversations and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We look forward to dining there again in the future!

They were out of the porchetta, which was disappointing. I'm not sure if OpenTable didn't translate my reservation request over, but I had asked for a high-top, and our hostess initially tried to seat us at a U-shaped booth. When I mentioned the high-top, she was very helpful - I think we were in a section that wasn't staffed.

Nice and quiet for a business conversation.

Disappointed in both entrees we ordered, which took forever to arrive and we could only eat half. Bar service extremely slow so got martinis with dinner rather than appetizers. Somewhat loud but mostly from a neighboring table. Very pleasant and good waiter who tried very hard to please despite issues. Would not go again.

Food was delicious - the pasta was fresh and substantial (exactly how pasta should be). My only disappointment was that they ran out of their signature dish as well as some ingredients for one of the pizza's we ordered. This was more than made up for by the amazing service we received.

This was one of the most disappointing meals I've every had. Not sure what has happened to this restaurant. We've eaten there in the past and had good experiences. Maybe there is new management or since they are the hotel restaurant, and get a lot of business that way, they have just become complacent. To begin with, upon arrival, it took much longer than expected for a waiter to greet us. We finally ordered cocktails and proceeded to wait 20 - 30 minutes for them. To his credit, the waiter did keep checking in to tell us that the bar was "backed up" because they only had one bartender working. We could see the bar from our table and noticed that as people arrived to the bar, they received their drinks quickly. Our order was apparently being ignored (although our waiter said he had been inquiring about it). Finally we asked him if HE could just pour us a couple of glasses of wine. He said he could and brought them back promptly. We ordered the Antipasti Board to start. It was "okay" but definitely not as good as the board they serve at Acre, one of our favorite Auburn restaurants. Moving on to the entree portion of our meal, once again we were disappointed. They were out of their Porchetta, their "signature dish", even though it was only 6pm. The Snapper special was good but not great. We were dining before going to a concert, and at this point, because of the slow service, didn't have time for dessert so I can't comment on that. Based on this experience, we will not be returning, but will head to Esposito's in downtown Auburn, when looking for great Italian food.

I would recommend Ariccia to a friend because the food is very good and the ambiance of the establishment is one of a kind in Auburn. Go to Opelika and even a little further downtown and you'll find a few places that really compete in this area. We made reservations and got seated shortly after our reserved time, it took 20 minutes of no server to even come let us know they took our table before we asked to find out where they were. I will say that the restaurant was full, but they have plenty of staff to go around. The tables beside us that got seated after us had already gotten their food by the time we got our first round of drinks. I will say that on a slower day this place is probably awesome but in saying that the price value is something to consider. We added shrimp to a pasta dish, there is a $7 up charge for this, which is fine, but not for 4 medium shrimp. The experience was not bad due to the company at my table but service could have been a little more efficient in my opinion.

The filets were just perfect. We even went back the second night and got the signature dish. So many flavors. Like nothing you’ll ever taste.

Birthday dinner was perfect. For goodness sake, order the bread appetizer -- gorgeous and phenomenally tasty! They make their own pasta as well. This is no ordinary hotel restaurant.

Had reservations at 6:45. Took about 10 minutes to get seated. Was at our table for 20 minutes no one ever came by Tried to get their attention with out any luck. We walked out. Restaurant was only half full. Staff didn’t seem to care. Maybe poor management or might have been bad night. At least the valet parking was good nice guys.

They have nothing good on the menu. It’s just soup salad pasta and sandwiches for lunch. No good entrees and no fish. Bring back the lunch buffet or have edible entrees.

We had the best Christmas dinner!! Our hostess even gave our 4yr old a stuffed Aubie, because she overheard him saying he wanted one. The best costumer service and overall great experience! We will definitely be going back!

Went to dinner on Christmas day. The food was good. We recently relocated and are in search of a really good Italian restaurant. This restaurant had good reviews. My husband enjoyed his pasta dish. I had the fish of the day, Mahi mahi. I would try something different on the next visit to be truthful. Overall, a nice evening.

We love the atmosphere of Arricia and especially enjoyed it for Christmas night. The butternut squash salad was exceptional and fresh along with the osso bucco. The osso bucco was fall off the bone tender, delicious!
Our service was spot on and we’ll definitely return.

Was delighted to have a wonderful Christmas dinner with my family without the horrible specter of kitchen clean up hovering in the background! The 9 of us ranged in age from 8 to 75+. There was lots of wonderful food for all. The service was outstanding...friendly, attentive and basically flawless! We are already looking forward to next year!

We had two of the special Christmas menu items. My son had one bite of the lobster bisque … that's all. It tasted like concentrated lobster juice. It was terrible It would have been nice for the server to notice and not charge us. The shaved butternut squash was quite underwhelming. It might have been saved by putting it on some greens and making it a salad.

Back after a one year plus absence and delighted to find a new chef holding the reigns in the kitchen. The food was wonderful. We were there to celebrate a birthday and my steak was perfection with perfect asparagus and a rich beef sauce on the mashed potatoes. Our server Aaron talked us into a dessert that was great with hazelnuts and a chocolate glaze. We will be back.

We had a party of seven. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Delicious steaks. Pizza was unique and very good. Waiter was friendly and provided good service. It was not noisy. Great ambiance.

We enjoyed a wonderful graduation dinner and celebration with our family. And the service at the bar was also outstanding. But the most amazing experience had to do with character, kindness, ethics, and honesty. A special piece of jewelry, my diamond and emerald tennis bracelet, had slipped off my wrist and I thought it was lost forever. But a lovely young woman who works in the bar area made an incredible decision to turn it in to lost and found. God bless her! Only in Auburn, Alabama would that happen. We are thrilled we sent our daughter to Auburn for her education! The values instilled there are priceless and will take her farther in life.

The Thanksgiving buffet was very good, but the servers that evening seemed very inexperienced on such a busy night and if I hadn’t been there before, We’d have felt a little ignored or uninformed about dining that night. We love Arricia and will be back . Hoping the new team works out because all were very pleasant.
