    We enjoyed the brilliant food and ambiance selected by this high brand. But the most thing we are surprised by is its hospitality. It was elegant and more full of scintillating “esprit.” The conversation with the flour manager was so fun. This has enriched not just our stomachs, but also our hearts.

    席の間隔は広めなので、コロナ禍では重宝しています。ドレスコードはあります。もちろんアルマーニを着ないといけないということはありません。

    Excellent atmosphere and staff. Modern and quiet place where to enjoy delicious Italian tastes, prepared with local products. The wine menu is selected with care and offer a very interesting range of Italian wines.

    初めて行きましたが、ホントに感動しました。 コース料理の全品、最初から最後まで素晴らしかった。 内装はシックでめちゃオシャレ。極端に気取った感じも無く、程良いカジュアルさもあり、居心地のイイ空間でした。他のお客さんと目線が合わないよう、話し声も聞こえないよう、テーブルやパーティションのレイアウトが工夫されていたように感じました。 スタッフの皆様も丁寧に、かつフレンドリーに対応していただきました。 料理の出てくるタイミングもバッチリで、仕上げのソースなどは目の前でかけて、客の目の前で料理を完成させるという演出が良かったです。 また行きたいです！

    背の低い眼鏡をかけた外国人の男性スタッフの対応があまりにひどい。 高いお金を払い、嫌な気分をしに行った結果になり、大変残念。 上記の男性以外のサーバーの方々は、フレンドリーで素敵な方が多くいらっしゃいました。

    久しぶりに家内と夕食に伺いました。 新型コロナ禍にウクライナ問題の物流への影響など、レストラン業界にとって困難が度重なるこの頃ですが、元々申し分なかった天才シェフの料理が更に進化を遂げていたり、ワインが一層グレードアップしていたり、びっくりしました。食事とデザート類の味の調和も最高です。 みなさんの弛まぬご努力に脱帽です。

    イタリア出身のマネージャーのかたは終始丁寧かつ親切に対応してくださった。彼のサービスやフードは申し分ない。 一方、13:15開始で15000円のコースを注文したが、最後にコーヒーを頂こうとした時に「15:00で閉店なので」と支払いを促されたり、早く出て行ってほしい雰囲気を日本人スタッフの方々から感じられたりしたため(せかせかと片づけをしたり、私を見ると苦笑いしたりなど)、コーヒーはほとんど飲めなかった。 食後でお腹が苦しかったものの空気を察して店を出たが、そもそも、顧客に空気を読ませるようなスタッフの対応は「一流レストラン」では今回が初めてだった。 店にアドバイスするとしたら、 ① 15:00きっかりに店を閉めたいならば「13:15開始」という選択肢を公式WEBサイトから削除すると良い。 私は食べる速度が速い方だが、それでも「遅い」という印象を持たれたようだったため、他の顧客はもっとつらいと思う。 ② 次に、「顧客が早く出て行ってくれないかな」などのスタッフの心情や態度は相手に伝わりやすいため、心ではどう思っていても構わないが、対応だけは品を保つように注意すると良い。

    見た目も可愛くて，一つ一つが丁寧に作られていて，頬張る毎に口の中で美味しさが広がる感じでした。説明も丁寧で納得しながら美味しさを味わう事が出来ました。どれも美味しかったのですが、フルーツたっぷりのスイーツやキャラメルクリーム入りのスイーツが特に秀逸でした。ゆっくり談笑出来たので、ぜひまた利用したいと思いました。スタッフの方々のサービスも良かったです。

    アフタヌーンティを頂きました。 もう少しサンドイッチ系が多くてもと思いましたが、ケーキ類も甘すぎず美味しかったです。 飲み物も、白ワイン、煎茶ジャスミン？もとても美味しかったです。

    ソーシャルディスタンスがもともと問題ないくらいあいている席間隔なので、満席でも安心して食事できます。シェフは変わりましたが、以前と同じぐらい美味しく、見た目も美しいです。ワインのセレクトも完璧です

    You might feel the portion would be small but it’s really a wonderful experience - there’s wonderful Italian waiter who will explain to you in detail. Art like dishes and all very delicious. Loving the tiny but beautiful dishes and we highly recommend.
