I very much enjoyed my time at Arnauds. However the server clearly could have cared less about my table. The server really didn't try to make an attempt to be attentive or welcoming. Adhi though was delightful.

The perfect New Orleans brunch experience! Excellent waitstaff that are friendly and fun. Delicious food and beverages and the best atmosphere. The jazz musicians added to the ambiance of this beautiful restaurant. Don’t miss out on the French 75, milk punch with bourbon and the crabmeat cheesecake!

From check in to the end of our meal the service was impeccable. Enjoyed the attention to detail, the sample of turtle soup. The fish almondine was to die for. We finished our meal with banana fosters for two, definitely a repeat visit in our future.

Arnaud's was outstanding. The service was impeccable--we had no less than 6 people attend to our table at various times during our meal. The food was excellent, and I had some things that I had never had before which is always fun! Overall, I loved it.

We were welcome with open arms as soon as we walked in. We were seated immediately. The table was beautiful set white table cloths, china and lovely glasses. The wait staff was amazing. Everyone seemed to love their job. The creole tomatoes took your breath away. My husband had quail and I had red fish and the dinners were the best. It was a perfect evening.

Kind of a quiet night there, which was nice. Shrimp Arnaud is a definite must for appetizer. Two of us went with fish (Pontchartrain & Meunière) while the third had Crawfish O’Connor. No wrong choices. Very good seafood gumbo. There was a bit of a wait between things but service was very attentive, & let’s face it, you shouldn’t go to a place like this if you want an in-&-out experience (& I rarely do in NOLA). Pricey yes but worth it.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary. Niki greeted us with warmth and enthusiasm. It got things off to a great start for us and we enjoyed talking with her as she made rounds through the dining area. Jasper and his team took great care of us, helping with recommendations and providing attentive service. The food was excellent - turtle soup, creole tomato salad, crab cakes, filet mignon, baked Alaska, and bananas foster. It was a perfect night at the perfect place with the perfect staffing for the occasion.

Everything about the experience was great. We don’t get to New Orleans that often but assure Arnauds will be a regular stop. I have traveled the world and had dinners at 100s of restaurants. With the exception of Le Bernadin and maybe from a service standpoint not even that. This was wonderful.

Our main waiter Didier didn’t have time for a table of 2. Tried to ask him a question about the menu..our drink waiter brought us one & never came back. Food came out cold & no one came to check..never saw either waiter to flag them down.Our bus girl was the only one to interact with us. For $130 lunch, I expected much more! (Not counting extra $ for parking)Very disappointed ..grew up here & part time resident…won’t be back.

Celebrating my man friend's birthday and Arnaud's did not fail to impress. The service was over the top (we like hovering waitstaff servicing our every need), the food was spectacular, and the room was romantic yet had an energetic vibe.

This is a classic New Orleans restaurant. The turtle soup and LA crab cakes were great. Staff is friendly and we even met the owner. Something that doesn’t often happen. The environment is lively- a bit noisy - But alot of places have become more like this.

As if the food and ambiance were not experiences enough, our server made the night even more memorable. We took our son for a graduation celebration, and Arnaud's did not disappoint. In fact, the evening rated as one of the top three or so dinners out for us, anywhere, ever. When in Rome... We opted to try those dinners that are unique to Arnaud's, and out server was very helpful about pointing us in the right direction. Every dish was spectacular. Note that the noice level can reach a pretty high level at the busiest times, but somehow in New Orleans, this is to be expected. It did not detract from our evening. Be sure to make reservations, as I understand that the restaurant can otherwise be impossible to gain entry to. For our next NOLA visit, we will make it a point to visit Arnaud's.

I wouldn't ever ever recommend this restaurant. The noise level is off the scale. The food is just okay. It took us more than 1.5 hours to be served out dinner. The manager was defensive, aggressive, mean, and very much a bully. There is no "the client is right." If you protest or complain the manager will basically say, "If you don't like it, then leave."

We chose this restaurant after reading open table reviews. It’s beautiful inside and the bar was very nice too. The food was delicious as well as the cocktails. The wait staff was awesome. It is also very noisy so if your looking for a nice quiet place to eat don’t go here. But I would definitely go here again.
