We participated in an experience for thanksgiving. Our paella had rice that was dry and lacked flavor Pell a would typically be expected to have. It was also a very small paella (about a 10”)for the price. We also had a steak dinner, the steak was over cooked. The empanada appetizers were very good, the ceviche was alright. I had hoped for live jazz music, but instead it was a pianist playing pop cover songs TikTok style; playing small clips of the songs back to make. Service wasn’t half as attentive as other restaurants at this price point. Overall, it wasn’t a bad meal and for half the cost I would have had the right expectations, but 3, three course meals at $85 each, a coke, and a $60 bottle of 90pt wine, it just really wasn’t worth $400.

I loved it. We were seated immediately and the server was prompt and friendly. All of the plates were cleared quickly and the water and drinks kept full. The live music was great and at an appropriate level to enjoy it but still be able to carry on a conversation. And the food was absolutely delicious.

The ribeye was amazing, and so were the empanadas--but the halibut was not--over-sauced. This is a steakhouse--stick with the steak! Service was very warm and friendly but could have been more attentive--and it was NOT busy when we ere there. We had indicated on our Open Table reservation that we were celebrating a milestone birthday--and there was not even a verbal acknowledgment of this.

My wife and I have been patrons at Artango for a number of years. The food, ambiance, and service has always been fantastic. With the exception of this past Saturday evening 11/11. We got there with plenty of time to spare and the hostess was very gracious and sat us within only a couple of minutes, we had a reservation just in case. Upon sitting, we were greeted by another lady who brought us our cutlery and water. We were sat next to another couple as well. Sadly, this is where things went downhill. The service on this evening was very poor. we waited nearly 10 minutes for our waiter. During that time we had to scan the QR code, the .pdf's are not user friendly and you can only look at one page at a time, meaning, you have to go out of the .pdf, rescan, and go to the next page. very annoying. When the waiter arrived, he brought paper menus, which was fine but why weren't we given that by the hostess? We ordered our drinks and appetizers. When drinks were brought, they weren't ours but the couple near us, the same thing happened with the appetizers. We received our drinks and appetizers, and that was fine. But it took a long time before we received our main course. When we did, the steak was undercooked, the potatoes were somewhat warm, just slightly above room temp, and the sprouts were also the same. The steak, was also a slightly warm temp. We had waited so long though that we ended up just eating most of the appetizers and some of the steak. Then we had to wait, again, for our waiter to get a dessert menu. Which took another 10-15 minutes. When we were done, we requested the bill which took another 15 minutes to receive. During all the waiting, i had to extend my parking twice. So i'm paying more money so i don't get a ticket. Needless to say, I was happy to leave, the food got cold very fast as it was already barely warm, and not cooked the way we requested. We will be wary the next time we decide to dine there.

Service was poor almost like fast food place,tablita starters were good,cold paella they forgot my 38 Aniversary request and my double expresso with my dessert. I was about to order one more bottle of wine but instead I got the check,at that time the server mentioned is only 2 hrs dining per table, wich is not posted anywherein their wwbpage.I was told to go to the bar which was full,celebration a total disaster. This place was really good before covid19, the paella posted on the web page is not what they serve now is terrible, no taste. I will not recommend this place at all, specially having better places around like Isabellas on Adison av. or next door Barba Yianni Grecian. I also didn't feel the need of making a reservation, as we came in I gave them my last name and host was like ok whatever, no wonder why open table was not notified,I showed for my reservation

This was a really great experience!! I brought my parents here when they were visiting from out of town, and the whole experience was incredible. The food was really good, as expected. But, what made the experience a little extra special - especially to my parents - was the Violinist playing classic / well-known spanish / latin music. It created a nice, fun atmosphere for all. I'd definitely recommend!

I never write reviews, however as I chose this restaurant specifically based on good reviews I needed to inform the public about this poor food experience. As a journeyman butcher I couldn’t believe this, they claimed a $47 center cut ribeye, when it was either a sirloin or round/London broil! Not an ounce of fat on the steak. That was the first mistake, then we asked ti have it cooked Pittsburg style with heavy char. It came out having no char and barely pink in the middle. We asked them to fix and they threw the SAME steak on to ‘char it’ which didn’t happen and of course was now over cooked. The $12 Brussels sprouts were also barely cooked, still crunchy from being raw. They took those back and they came back claiming to have ‘thrown them in the over at 450” to only still be undercooked. Not using the right cut of meat is problem one, but then not cooking things properly either? I’m not a chef but I can cook food better at home. Thankfully the server comped it and was nice about it but otherwise, would never come here to eat unless something different is done.

We went there to get the Paella which is normally good. BUT this one was dry, not much seafood, looked like it sat under the warming light forever and they just threw a bunch of peas on top to cover it. It was really bad.
