Parents weekend at Fordham
Food was average but did have gluten free pasta. Didn’t have the wines advertised on website.
Very authentic and delicious!
We ate outside due to Covid. Very well done.
Overall - nice experience. We sat outside with our 3 young kids and they were accommodating. I had the Mafalde Cavolfiore and it was amazing. My wife had the linguini clams and she was underwhelmed to be honest. Kids were all happy :)
Great Italian food the antipasto was excellent. Very helpful servers
Best pasta in litter italy bronx
Consistently excellent food and friendly service. nice outdoor setup also.
My favorite Italian Spot! Food is great!!!
Nice quiet dinner outdoors late Saturday evening. Food was excellent, even if the menu was somewhat limited. Tasty, fresh fried calamari, chicken and veal were both well done. Very friendly service, and after 8:00 Arthur Ave. is fairly quiet, even on a Saturday.
Amazing. The BEST Pork Chops I have ever had! All of our meals were so delicious. The decor is Pretty, the staff are friendly and attentive. All in all a great dining experience. I will be back!
Made birthday dinner reservations for my husband and everything was set up when we got there for a party of 8. Food and service was great! Definitely going back!
Excellent food even better service. Highly recommended.
Took my son to dinner after moving him into his new apartment. Everything about the restaurant was fantastic. Will definitely come back again.
Amazing! Food was delicious, great service! I would absolutely recommend.
Good food and service. Authentic classic Italian food. Would dine again. Thanks!
Always order the special. And the cannoli. This place is wonderful. Service is charming, Espressos are the real deal.
This place was super. Parking one block over was easy. The waiter was a super nice young man. The hostess was quick acting and quite attractive. The food was hearty but not heavy. Would go back again many times.
Great food. Fast attention and service. no rush. will go back
The food was good, but a little underwhelming. Nice atmosphere. Friends and I shared the fried calamari, baked clams (which were whole, not chopped), penne vodka, burrata, side of broccoli rabe, and then cheesecake for dessert. At the end of our meal, we received a limoncello shot "on the house." I would give the staff and atmosphere 4 stars, but the food overall a 3.5.
The Albanian waiter, Klajdi, was wonderful and he split the meals at the table for myself and two friends. He was friendly and attentive, pouring our wine as soon as our glass needed it. However, this restaurant did not give an authentic Italian feel that I expected other than the outside seating area, which was nice.
Fried Calamari: 8/10 - Crunchy, small, fresh, and delicious
Baked Clams Oreganata: 7/10- A little dry, but surprisingly an actual whole clam rather than chopped
Penne Ala Vodka: 7/10- Very heavy, filling, al dente, and WAY too heavy on the scallions
Burrata: 7/10- semi-melted over chopped eggplant-not that flavorful
Broccoli Rabe: 8/10 nice portion for a side
Cheesecake: 7/10- not that fresh
House Cabernet Sauvignon Wine: 9/10 - full-bodied, smooth red wine
Service is always impeccable! Food very good. This is our go to on Arthur Avenue :-)
Had very good Memorial Day Lunch at Arthur Avenue Fiasco. Everything was good. Three appetizers: Prosciutto and mozzarella, meat balls and fried calamari..\ Main courses were very good too. Lasagna, noodle type pasta with Bolognese Sauce and Veal Parmigiana w/ penne. For desert we had 3 cannoli which fresh and were crisp and delicious. The cabernet wine was good as well. I would recommend this restaurant which also had good service to top it off.
Very tasty, fresh, good pasta. We will return to this restaurant
Always the best!!
Great place for a celebration. Staff made us feel like we were long time customers even though it was our first time there. Food was delicious, pasta perfectly cooked, appetizers were amazing. Highly recommend this gem!
Excellent food! Service was fantastic.
Food was tasteless and waiter wasn’t very knowledgeable on items.
A good meal! Well prepared and excellent tasting. Tiramisu was great tasting but...I found a small slither of plastic while eating it. While it may have come from my toothbrush, it was the third course for me. Also...there was an odor that wafted through the beautiful night time air. I thought it was fertilizer that was right next to me in the flower pot. The waiter/manager said that it was not-but coming from the sewage/meat market next door. Despite all this, we will probably return and recommend to friends. I wish all restaurants happy returns! Good food!
Always a wonderful place to eat. The food, the ambiance, the staff, it’s always top notch.
Everything was excellent. Due to COVID, we dined outside so the noise level was louder than an indoor experience. The food was excellent and the wait staff were gracious. My gluten-free request was generously accommodated.
We ate outside, which wasn’t great.
No pizza at dinner. Definitely an inside lunch place!
Food was excellent loved the Mussels. service was excellent
Great weekday lunch; not too busy. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. we were able to be seated at a table away from everyone with plenty of space to distance. Pasta was excellent.
my wife and i have been here before, the food, service and atmosphere was excellent. The best scarpiello sine LaStrAda at the seaport ,squash soup spectacular and the best cappuccino
Good was great staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Great meal. Attentive service. Would go back in a heartbeat.
Just as advertised. Food was great. One of the best Caesar salads I have had in years.
Delicious traditional Italian fare in the heart of Arthur Avenue. Highly recommend!
Our entire experience was very good. We booked the reservation through Open Table, arrived early and a table was available. The service was good, a bit slow but acceptable because it was Easter and we were in no rush. The food was good, not outstanding but good. We ordered lasagna (my sister complained of something gritty in it, I think it was the cheese), I had the veal piccata which was very tasty. We also ordered an appetizer that looked like grilled cheese with spicy honey. That was good too. I would try other restaurants in the area but would come back here too.
