Artisan in Wishaw opened its doors back in 2008 and proudly serves top-quality Scottish cuisine, but with its own unique twist. Located on Main Street in the town centre, Artisan is spread out over two floors and offers a lively atmosphere during the day, which relaxes into a calmer more sophisticated evening dining experience. All dishes are freshly made from top quality locally sourced ingredients and are bursting with flavour. But that’s not all, Artisan also boasts a whisky collection of over 1300 bottles and each member of staff is trained to be true whisky ambassadors. Very disappoining experience, service was slow . Starter was fine , main meal which was fish and chips in breadcrumbs was hard the fish didnt taste nice, hardly ate any of it. Place wouldnt say no to a good clean. We wont be back 😕
