    As always a fun place to be at. Great staff…all very friendly and ensuring our needs are met. The environment is infused with a variety of music genres from the band playing to DJ Dawg. It’s definitely a vibe to checkout for a night out.

    Our server Emily was friendly and professional always checking on us and were there to meet our needs with a smile. Emily is a great asset to your team. The food (fries) were not fresh tasted like they were reheated and hard. Always hit and miss with the food. Thank you

    Golden Archie’s were fantastic! Absolutely loved the band! DJ music was way to loud and was hard to talk to people. Had a great time but the nachos we ordered were not good.

    Great experience. Staff was very accommodating and professional. Venue itself is very clean, stylish and functional with a spacious dance floor and ample seating. The venue was full during our visit and still comfortable for everyone. Definitely will be coming back.

    Food was very disappointing. Fried Calamari that was all batter. Grilled chicken that was half cooked. Grilled shrimp that was cold and not in any way grilled. The only food we liked was the chocolate dessert. The service was very good and the band was decent although they didn’t play any recent music.

    The food had so much potential. But was nothing spectacular. The gluten free bun on the burger was actually two slices of bread. The nachos had liquid cheese and what your would expect at 7-11 not a nice restaurant. The burger tasted like a frozen patty out of a box. We chose this place to celebrate my 50th birthday….the band and dancing were fun, food disappointing. I would not recommend for dinner…. But drinks and the band would be ok

We have Gluten Free Burger buns readily available, so I am not too sure what happened here. I also wanted to let you know that our Beer Cheese Sauce (clearly labeled on the menu) is a homemade recipe that we make on a daily basis. This is obviously not to your liking.     Terrible service! Waited 30 Minutes to take our order. 50 minutes after Reso I had to deliver My own drinks from the bar. Dinner arrived 1 hour 10 min after reso only leaving 20 Min to eat and get to show. No apology or compensation! Never again!!

    This was one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had. We booked a table of six for snacks and drinks before an event at the theater. It took 20 minutes for a server to even acknowledge that we existed, and then service after that was nonexistent. We ordered our drinks from the bar. Food arrived in two batches 20 minutes apart. The was neither attentive or present. We had to flag a manager down to pay our bill after asking 10 minutes prior. That manager should have done something to acknowledge the poor experience but merely blamed it on the event. Not ok

    First thing we noticed at our table in the Asylum lounge was the bright ceiling spot lights shining in our faces. When we asked about lower the cafeteria type lighting, they said the lights were broken. When the band started playing, we found it extremely loud even though we were sitting at the back. The DJ was loud also. When time for our bill, we noticed how expensive our drinks were and pointed this out to our server, who just said, “Oh, we have new added fees now”. We paid, tipped, then left, only to check at home that one of the fees was a “service” fee. Had we known that the “service” fee was really an 18% gratuity, we wouldn’t have left another tip! Our server should have pointed this out instead of making double the tip for all of us! Completely unhappy with my experience last night at the Hard Rock, not to mention the same old “rotating” local bands which we see at all our local pubs weekend after weekend. You can do better than this Hard Rock Casino!

    Service is always a little slow there😞. I go often. For some reason last night they had the normal room lights (pot lights) on brighter than normal - buzz kill, wrecked the normal ambiance

    We ordered appetizers. Those tasted good. The menu seems to be reasonable. Price and serving size is, I would say, moderate. Great entertainment on a Saturday night with the live band and a dj playing in between.

    We order all the foods the same time.but what happened is each order was served to us one by one ..The food was cold when its arrived;they should have brought all order the same time..Hopefully someday they would change there delivery method.

    My friends & I arrived @ Asylum @ 9 pm for our reservations. Unfortunately the power went out @ 9:15 pm The band didn’t play, but we stayed until 11 pm & my friend went to get us drinks @ the bar next to Asylum We went to the slot machines after to play but the machines shut down also due to power issues Over all it was an ok evening, We were looking forward to listen to the band.

    I was expecting an exciting experience, and the band did deliver that. But Asylum's ambient is old, the chairs/sofas are falling into pieces and although the food is good, it's too pricey.

    Not sure why this place is even on Open Table. There were only 6 people in the restaurant. The place is shabby, with old chairs that need replacing. Only one girl in the place, doing bartender duty and waitressing as well. She worked hard. Only bright thing about the visit. The food we ordered came from a fast food place right next door, and it tasted like it. We will not go back there.

    Drinks and Food was fast and delicious. I never have had such slow service from a server. We never had quality food checks. We had to ask for someone to take out orders for drinks and food multiple times.

    I couldn't believe that people could come in & dance just drinking water ? The DJ could up it with better music during band breaks ? Overall nice nite . The people last weekend a Little strange ?
