   This is less dinner and more a dining experience. The thoughtfulness of each individual dish is amazing, and absolutely delightful beginning to end. Loved it.

   Everything well presented. Was only turned off with promoting eating food made with insects. I know it was said that it's going to be the new thing of the future...but thats what the rich wants us peasants to do..brainwash us to believe that eating bugs is normal while they get to eat real meat.

   The experience was incredible…on the expensive side for what we ate. For us it was once in a life time meal at that price. Menu blew my mind and flavours were bang on. Would love to experience it again one day if money wasn’t so tight. Great staff and food. Keep crushing it guys!

    Hello, i really enjoyed the experience but with the price tag so high, and service so long. Overall i would not come back, not due to service or the restaurant itself. 1. the portions ratio to drink ratio pairing is not balanced, if i were to get pairing again and not consume enough food... would make me very intoxicated. 2. the time in between each waves are too long, maybe condense the waves or up the portion size because it was way too small.. you provide cutlery to make it bite size but my entire party can easily consume each portion without using cutlery so makes it waste of all the cutlery being provided 3. says minimum 4hrs but i would easily eat the entire 44 course within 2hrs max so it was a long dining experience and rest of night cant do anything else especially valentines day i would say though parking was very easy and available due to street parking out front and Bartender Tree & our server Camron was very on point with the food and drink knowledge.

    Overall, each and every food item was incredibly well-prepared by a clearly very talented chef. The individual dishes were innovative, and extremely flavorful. The overall menu, however, lacked any sort of flow or story or sense of cohesion. I felt like I had 44 great pieces of food, but not a "menu". Overall, still fantastic, but a bit more thought in the connectivity between plates would have elevated this to 5 stars.

    A most amazing and unique dining experience unmatched by any other. Thanks for the beautiful presentation and precise details encompassed in the various dishes and the excellent descriptions of each course. The food was meticulously prepared and we enjoyed all the variety of flavours in the different foods. A night we won’t forget!

    This was a very special occasion that we have wanted to do for a long time and we are so glad we did. The food and service were 10/10. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming for how sophisticated the menu and wine were. We added the wine pairing which was so much fun. Thank you for an amazing and memorable night!

    We had an amazing experience at Atelier. The food was beyond our expectations, and the service from Cameron and the sommelier / bar staff was outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure our evening was enjoyable, and were very knowledgeable about the dishes and drinks they were serving.

    Incredible food and service. We were given a gift card as a gift for our wedding and used it towards a bucket list-type meal experience. 44 courses with 10 wine pairings, which were all very very good. Crazy good presentation and food quality from a wide variety of types and cultures. The sommelier and server were both very friendly and we really enjoyed their company over the 4.5 hours we were there. It is in a price range where we unfortunately, likely won't be able to dine there again, but that's also what helped make it so significant for us. My only recommendation would be to improve the signage and curb appeal of the overall look of the building from the outside.

    It was a fun experience. All of the food was quite novel, and very good in one way or another. Service was excellent. The girlfriend felt very special, and took many photos; what more could one want?

    Wow,this is my 3rd experience at l'atilier..the last time 10 years ago and yesterday. I am a former licensed chef from Austria, and this 44 course meal was outstanding, cooked and prepared by Angels...if you want to impress your wife please dine at this restaurant.     Brilliant service and food. They provided special attention to my sister in laws dietary requirements and called her in advance to ensure every thing was perfect. Every course was highly enjoyable. Waiter (Nick) was humourous, knowledgeable and obviously cares about the service he provided. Sommelier Devon knew the vintages inside and out and created a great experience. Tree the cocktail master brought each amazing drink and paired them to our courses immaculately. The chefs and staff created brilliant dishes which were par excellencè. 10:/10 would dine there again.

    The experience was just amazing. The smells, texture, taste and mixtures of the services are just fabulous. Just the talent and details of the presentation of each bouchée is worth the experience; and the final touch of a candy balloon for the celebration was so appreciated. This was on my son’s bucket list and we will remember

    One word AWESOME a bit steep but it was expected. Definitely a lot of work in preparation a culinary experience out oc the ordinary. We had the full wine paring, many different wines, we found that there were to many white wines ( we prefer red) but they were good. Cameron did a superb job in describing each service so did the sommelier ( forget his name) all and all a positive worth while ( a bit expensive) experience.

    Literally the best eating experience I’ve had in Ottawa, and I’ve been lucky enough to try all of the talked about fine dining locations. They just go the step above, the food and wine were incredible and so creative, and we just had so much fun!

    I am a next level foodie with it being my main hobby right now. Whenever I travel I make “to visit” lists and they consist of 90% restaurants and bars. I have been to many places in Ottawa but was never impressed and found the food very boring and uninspiring. However this place went beyond my expectations. By the end of my meal my only question was “why the heck is this in Ottawa?!” As it feels to me that either ottawa doesnt deserve it or it deserves a better location. As for the price. I have just graduated and am still at the broke student level of money. Had to force my mom to join me as she didnt want to at first. However it realllyyy is worth the money an my picky mom did not regret going there at all! Which is unusual with how she usually acts! Definitely put it on your bucket list! Also the staff are super nice!!!!
