    This was a wonderful experience. I have been looking forward to lobster for a long while. I ordered the whole lobster and it was delicious although the centre was a tiny bit undercooked for my preference but still very tasty. My guest ordered the tenderloin steak and lobster tail and was very satisfied. Our waiter was excellent. There to make sure we were well taken care of. I would recommend Atlas for a special occasion

    Music was a little loud for our liking but didn’t detract from the wonderful meal and service. I should note that Atlas is great at accommodating people with food allergies.

    The piano music was so loud we couldn't hear eachother speak. I even asked the piano player to tone it done but he didn't.

    Love the restaurant I go for tomahawks regularly, this time it was not the best cut of meat, and it was a little undercooked. It happens though no worries still a great place and I will be back.

    Ordered tomahawk steak medium rare, but served as medium, parts were chewy instead of expected tender and moist for medium rare. I’m well aware it costs $159 and happy to pay, but only if I get what I asked for, well I did not what I asked for, so instead of coming home happy, I was disappointed. It was a special treat to ourselves, with that price I was expecting it to be good, I’ve had others steaks other places that are memorably good that cost less. So no we’re not going back, gave it a chance choosing it for our special day, but was not impressed.

    Food was good, service was just ok. Nice server but took a few reminders to clear menus most the way through the meal. Terrible cappuccino which wasn’t his fault but still charged for it even though I didn’t touch it. And planted right next to the piano which wasn’t all that romantic of a date night. Very over cooked lobster but the rest of the food was delicious

    The food was excellent, as always, but I was disappointed in the service. I felt very rushed. Our server would keep trying to clear our plates before we were done eating throughout each course. We were enjoying our coffee and asked for the bill as we figured he wanted to go home and sure enough, as soon as we paid, we never saw him again. We were only there for a couple of hrs, which is normal for this kind of restaurant, and we left long before closing time. While I understand that the employee’s shift may have been over partway through our meal, perhaps a better system should be put in place so an employee can leave when they have to and diners can enjoy their meal without being rushed out the door.

    Food was very disappointing. Steak was not cooked to request. Potatoes were so Smokey couldnt not eat. Mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes. Service was excellent.

    Our waiter was rather slow, like bringing a bottle of wine to the table. He seemed to saunter, it wasn’t like he was runoff his feet. Two water glasses were filled and not the other two. We had to ask for the other two water glasses to be filled. Once the food arrived, He didn’t come back and see if we needed anything like salt and pepper. My potatoes were cold by the time I flagged him down and got him to bring the salt. The salmon was over cooked. The asparagus were mushy. The restaurant itself was very nice the atmosphere, and the piano player was awesome

    Our meal was cooked to perfection. Our server, James, was attentive and very pleasant. He was particularly kind to my elderly mother. I would highly recommend Atlas to friends and family.

    The absolute best steakhouse experience in Kamloops. A must stop when you're passing through or staying in Kamloops. The food, drinks, and service are top notch, and you can tell the staff take great pride in both. The Cowboy Steak, and the Atlas Old Fashion are a must have when you go.

    We were there for the Robert Mondavi Wine Dinner. The food was excellent, and the wine pairings were fantastic. Our server was great, knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the wine pourings were a bit shy. We were to get 3 oz with each course (5) but I believe that we actually got about 2 oz. There just wasn't quite enough to enjoy with each course. Overall it was still an enjoyable experience, and we will do similar ones again.

    Our server Danielle was an absolute delight. She make sure we did not want for anything but it did not feel like she was hovering. It was the perfect level of attentiveness. The food was spectacular. I would 100% come back. It was our wedding anniversary and it was made memorable by the entire experience of the evening. From the appetizers to the table side flambé sauce for the tomahawk steak every bite was enjoyed. Thank you for making our day special. Please protect Danielle at all costs. She’s amazing.
