   The manager here Caryn is not helpful at all. My experience was very poor from both meals ordered at the table having to be remade twice, server not knowing what’s on the menu or can/can’t be done and the amount of time wasted for a single dinner here was ridiculous. Do not expect much from this place, it’s over hyped.

   Although her server was very nice, service was slow and the food was OK. I would expect a bit more for the price. It seem to take a long time to get our food or drinks.

   As a previous butcher / 40$ for a 6 ounce cut is a tad over priced considering another steakhouse in the city charged 50$ for 12 ounces of striploin The salad for 2 I initially thought was 16$ total , not per person which is high for … a Cesar salad . Overall first time experience was great the service was awesome / didn’t like how there was only double options for r drinks

   We can’t here for an anniversary dinner and the experience did not disappoint. The old fashions are so good and the food was 10/10. They had a pianist which we loved and you get to pick your steak knife. Our server did take about 20 minutes to get water and our drink order but still was a amazing experience. Highly recommend

   Server made a big statement on how pork should be cooked good and then when brought our pork chop it was bloody and very under cooked and out side was crispy like they cooked it on high heat . Was my partners 41 st birthday. We arrived hungry at 730 didn’t leave until after 9 waited a while to get our bill. Where very tired waiting for bill

    I had 3 people with me that had never been to Atlas before and they had nothing but great things to say about the place, the service the food and our waiter (Nathen) Great that Atlas is open again and good to see John one of the head Chefs always very personable, highly recommend the place for any occasion or just a fabulous evening out.

    First time back since the re open Loved everything Waiter was very good but service should definitely be more timely Reservation was for two at 6:15 pm and at 8:30 pm still hadn’t received our food We love that we didn’t feel rushed but over 3 hours for dinner was way too long

    We have been there before many times before and had the same tall waiter and had excellent service. I think he had an off day because we had to ask someone to take our order and he missed grabbing me milk and for my coffee.

    The food was exceptional. Unfortunately, the service was a little mixed up and a bit discombobulated. A few things we noticed: 1. One of our party ordered the single Caesar salad (as in made in the kitchen, not table-side as on the menu) and after it was served no one offered fresh ground pepper. She ended up having to ask for it herself. 2. We were celebrating a birthday, and at one point one of the managers came to say happy birthday and that the kitchen would prepare a complimentary dessert for us. Very lovely and kind. Unfortunately, this was not communicated to our server, who got quite flustered when we asked about it. Embarrassing for him and awkward for our table. 3. There was a pianist playing live music which was really wonderful, but unfortunately the house music (this might have been coming in from the casino, or played from speakers in the restaurant - either way it was really quite loud) was not turned off or volume lowered, so I had both sounds competing and it was very distracting and not very pleasant. 4. The knife selection was not communicated very well (maybe this was our table being inexperienced with steak houses) and most of us just went to grab the knife from the box and had to be told that we were just selecting the kind of knife and that it would be brought to us later. We felt silly. Overall the experience was positive, but mostly due to the food being so incredibly good. I'd hesitate to recommend the restaurant until the service staff has the chance to become more gelled.

    I know they have just reopened. But not a good start. I broke a rule last night. I never go to a new place on an important date. But thought they had good reviews before covid we’d go. Should have gone to Ruth’s Chris. Never really had an assigned waiter had a number of people come by the table. Took 30 minutes to get first drink. Crab cake cold in middle. Service over all not what you’d expect from this type of restaurant. Pork chop and lamb were really good but we will never return

    We went to Atlas Steak and Fish on the re-opening night. It was great to return to one of our favourite restaurants. It did not disappoint! We were welcomed back sincerely. The new wait staff were relaxed (at least they appeared relaxed) and knew the menu inside out. Lots of attention to detail. Loved the selection of our knives!!! We had the Caesar Salad prepared at our table a fond remembrance of years past. Our meals were top notch, as we had hoped. We didn’t order the seafood towers but lots of patrons did. We will try that next visit. Can’t wait to return.
