- Private party facilitiesThank you for your interest in holding a private event with Aussie Rules Piano Bar! We are confident that your group will enjoy our venue and our unique atmosphere. There is no cost to rent the room at Aussie Rules Piano Bar from Sunday to Wednesday. We do charge for the Piano players, however. Prices are as follows: • $900 (January–October) & $1,200 (November & December) for three piano players. The show is a total of four hours with no breaks! • This payment is due within two weeks of making the initial booking. You can also book a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday night for your private event. There will be a required minimum spend. This spend can be used towards food, drinks, and décor. Please note that it does not include the price for pianos. Please email for more information Our room can hold up to 253 guests We require a food component For more information on food, drinks or extras, please email aussie@wowhospitality.com Payment in full is required the night of the event.
