Overall all around great! Celebrated my 40th birthday with 8 friends/ family members and all food and drinks were amazing. I will be back! We had several salads, the mezze plate, falafel as appetizers which were all delicious. My best friend, who has a severe gluten allergy was able to eat just about everything. They also notified us of the foods that were or were not gluten free. We also had my 2 year old and the staff was very patient with us and allowed him to just hang out. This is definitely a place we all will be back to.

Our dinner at Avos was a total pleasurable experience. The food tasted very fresh and well prepared, the portions adequate, and the whole experience very positive making us decide to become regulars. I am personally familiar with the food of Lebanon, Greece and Turkey, as well as the Armenian specialities. As Mediterranean quality food, the food at Avos ranks very high. I highly recommend it. And while you’re there, ask to meet Avo and tell him Suhayl sent you. You might get a free dessert🤭 But even if you don’t, this would have been a very enjoyable meal. I give it a perfect 10👍🏻

This has been one of my favorite restaurants for years. I made reservations for the Wine Wednesday experience, and it did not disappoint! Great wines, sommelier was extremely well informed and super friendly. The apps that were paired with the wines were delicious. Overall it was a great deal. For normal dining the food is INCREDIBLE, I have not had one bad dish here! The food is yummy, the drinks are so good, and the service is wonderful. Literally cannot praise this place enough.

Went there for an impromptu dinner with my friend. We chose this restaurant because of the great reviews and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious! The hummus was fresh and tasty. My beef shish was so good and I enjoyed every bite! The drinks were also on point! The waiter was attentive and very kind. I definitely want to go back again.

I've been to Avo's before and the food was very good . This time there were several issues . Firstly I walked in and the waiter / host Told me I had cancelled my reservation which was made on line . He told me a woman called and cancelled , and was pretty insistent about it . Never the less I was seated . I ordered cocktails which took some time and at this point they restaurant was slow but quickly became busy. I told the waiter 3 x I'm allergic to gluten and out came fries coated in flour clearly they did not know what gluten was . The salad was delicious as was the shrimp appetizer but they were expensive and there were 4 medium shrimps . The steak was just ok and the grilled vegetables were grilled but completely undercooked . My friends salmon was well over done and a very small portion for the price . Overall you will pay like you are in an upscale restaurant for a local place with weak service . Avo the owner / bartender tried to hold it all together but he needs a better service team to match the prices . I hope things improve because it's a nice local family business there for many years .

We love the menu, the food is fresh and delicious, and the service is excellent. It is a bit pricey - $12 for 4 small servings of Boreg is overpriced and so is $12 for Babagannoush... Wine list is a little high, as well, with few recognizable labels. The space is very good looking. It's but a bit live, but that adds to the vibe. We'll go back for the food perhaps, but will be looking for alternatives because of the price. Our recommendation to a friend would include our comments about price.

We went to Avos because my daughter lived nearby and we were going out for my birthday. We were very impressed with the restaurant. The decor was classy but not overstated. Tables nicely separated. It also helped that it wasn’t too crowded. Very nice background music-and not too loud. Also, cocktails were nicely presented and a bottle of Malbec was very good. Food was very good. Mediterranean with numerous Greek offerings, especially in appetizers. We had the Meze platter shared by 4. Excellent. Three of us had the skirt steak done perfectly. Large selection of salads. sandwiches and desserts. And the waiters even sang happy birthday ! Would definitely return.

I’ve been here before multiple times, the food is spectacular. If you decide to come here make sure that you have a lot of free time. I my reservation was for 6:30pm, I was served my food at 8:45pm. I only get the same food all the time I come here but my wife always selects different dishes and loves all of them. I wish that I can say that it barely happens and that it was only a Valentine’s Day thing but it always happens unfortunately. I only ask for pasta and chicken shish, my wife asked for shrimp and grilled veggies and it took 2 hours and 15 minutes. I was served much later than other people that arrived. All of these things can be fixed. I rated them five stars for the awesome food, decent ambiance and friendly service.
