Babel was very accommodating to our group, which had people with allergies and small children. They modified the recipes to make them allergy free while keeping them packed with flavour. We had a lovely time.

The food was nothing special, there were few items that were very disappointing including cauliflower salad which was overcooked due to extreme boiling/steaming , Fatoush Caesar salad and the Knafeh dessert which was very heavy and the ice cream came with it was one small scoop for $4 and it was fully frozen. We wont consider going back to this restaurant which is sad cause the service and the ambience was very good.

Fantastic service Very attentive immediately corrected my mistake when I ordered their “ hen of the woods” which i thought was chicken and turned out to be a vegetarian dish, they within minutes added a skweyer of chicken and didn’t charge me for it in the end. First time here and very sad to hear it’s closing

Great place to meet with friends and socialize, service was good but on the slow side and portion sizes for the price point was quite small. Also if you go past the dinner rush a lot of their signature dishes were sold out along with some of their beers.

Reserved standard seating for my wife and I for her birthday. We were seated at a high chair table that was really wobbly. Only received one menu between the two of us. We spoke up and the waiter was accommodating in moving us to a standard seat. Waiter only filled up our glass of water once and that was after we finished eating and asked for our bill. Probably never coming back.

Excellent taste of the Lamb Shank and Lamb Chop. Lamb shank was made fall of the bone and very flavorful with the Couscous. The dessert Knafeh is a must try with the ice cream.

Love Babel, was just a little disappointed that they had run out of a few items on the menu by the time we arrived for our 9pm seating. Will definitely be going back, just will make sure to book earlier to get an earlier reservation time.

The food was AMAZING! We each ordered an appetizer which was probably a mistake. They were huge. But so so good. The cauliflower was incredible. The mains were presented beautifully. Everyone loved the food. But… the service was really tough. They were OUT of beer. The kegs were flat apparently and they had no bottles?? None. So that was tough. They ran out of several main dishes by the time we ordered (7:30) including the steak. So that was also tough. But since the food was so good, I’d still go back. Hopefully they can figure the rest of it out.

Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, witty, and fun! Great service and delicious food. The menu has many tantalizing options and what we ordered really was amazing. We had the saganaki, gnocchi, and the quail. Amazing texture and creaminess for the gnocchi and delightful quail. Drinks “the Maison “ and the fresh Blueberry Cranberry juice were amazing! Beautiful restaurant and great atmosphere. Next time we’ll save room for the desserts!

Food was excellent, including the babel bread, the eggplant, the samosas, and the potato side (though I wouldn't order the quail again only because I found it too difficult to get the meat off such a tiny bird). Great atmosphere for a nice dinner conversation. Some of the tables are too close together, but if you can get seating away from the crowd it's perfect.

Food was amazing. The kale salad was salty. Service was not good at all. Our soup came with our main course. We asked for water a few times. Under-staffed. We were told we had two hours for table, for a restaurant that no-one came to take our orders for 10-15 minutes! Food and ambiance deserved much more!
