    My wife and had a good time, we started with the Lobster tostada and pork belly, than we ordered Skirt steak and Short Ribs. Jay did a fantastic job!

    El servicio y ambiente excelente. A pesar que soy de poco comer, la porción del filet mignon y los sites me parecieron muy pequeñas para el $. El branzino estuvo espectacular! Los postres excelentes. El vino muy bueno también, pero quisimos otra botella y no tenían más 🥲.

    Barría short ribs as well as arepas were too salty. At our table of 9, the waiters kept misplacing our appetizer orders on the wrong side of the table so many times that those of us that ordered those did not get any.

    New menu provided some exciting choices, but old favorites are still there. Lobster burrata being one of them! The food is always good and the vide is fun. Courtney is absolutely the best. Consistently takes great care of us and makes perfect recommendations. Jay assisted and is a blast. New dessert cart is a fun idea.

    We travel for business and pleasure and as a result, have had the privilege of dining at some great restaurants in North America and Europe. Bacan rates with the best. Attached to the lovely Lake Nona Wave hotel, the decor and open kitchen layout offers great ambiance. We were seated promptly and service as very professional. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The food was excellent. Beautifully prepared delivering amazing flavors. We will be back and would recommend to anyone who enjoys fine dining.

    For thanksgiving we want something very special. We choose Bacán and it was a special place too. Everything was delicious. Hola Sebastian was our server, he was very attentive. He suggested to us some desserts. They were delicious and according to special night. The best plate was “Bacan Hamburger” if you want to eat a classical but upgraded to gourmet taste… I highly recommend it! Something to be better: price Vs. portion’s size in some plates.

    Our server was super nice. It took too long to bring our drinks. 10 to 15 minutes. The appetizers and entrees came out quick and they were amazing. Then we ended with a long delay for dessert. After 10 minutes I asked and we were 3rd in line for the single dessert cart. I said bring me our check. The waitress then got creative and picked our desserts and brought them to us. So we ended on a good not. But because of those 2 delays they lost a star.

    I had the duck breast and it was too much. I did not enjoy it as much as I would have thought. The dish had too many flavors going on. The duck breast itself was a bit tough and the skin wasn’t as crispy as I expected. The foie gras was underwhelming then there were many other added items on the dish that made it overpowering. It lacked balance. The other food items we had: the shortribs were fantastic. We also tried the soba noodles, pretty good vegetarian option. Had the porkbelly appetizer, delicious.

    Excellent! Bacan exceeded my expectations.The services was excellent! Claudia was an amazing host. The quality and variety of the food are one of a kind. The decoration of the lobby and restaurants of the Wave hotel is super cool and unique. 100% recommended!

    Exceptional experience - the restaurant and the hotel offer a different and memorable night out. We were seated on the terrace in an elegantly set table and upholstered benches - comfortable and upscale. Brad, our waiter was attentive, informative, friendly and on the money in his knowledge of the menu. Both the cocktails and the food - the pork belly starter and signature chicken dish - made for a delicious and memorable meal. We will be sure to return to sample more of the interesting and inventive menu. Highly recommend a visit!

    The lobster and burrata tostadas and the charred octopus were amazing for starters. As for the mains, I got the duck breast which was flavorful and very well cooked. My partner ordered the wagyu strip which for the price tag was really disappointing. It was definitely not worth the money. Although it was flavorful, the cut of meat was thin and something you’d expect from a cheap steakhouse. Maybe ours was the one off but I wouldn’t order it again. Service was great and overall we enjoyed our meal and experience at Bacán.

    The atmosphere, ambiance, service and food were unmatched. The bread is the best, the lobster burrata and the stuffed potato appetizers were great, the fried whole snapper and the churrasco were wonderful and I'm not going to talk about the desserts.

    This was da bomb! First off the ambiance and decor were exquisite, the colors popped, the art outstanding, the seating was plush, comfortable and enough space not to be in another's conversation but not isolated. Then I ordered a bread roll.....game over!

    Loved the surroundings and the food was very tasty. Our servers were very attentive. I would recommend the bread rolls, the pork belly and the short ribs along with a few of the desserts.

    Just ok. Not worth the price , the hotel was nice and the waitress was definitely only focused on the tables ordering bottles of wine and such. Took 30 min to be acknowledged and got a stank face from the waitress when I ordered a burger

    This Michelin star place Is a place to explore. We picked the chef’s five course dinner and I couldn’t choose better. That was a culinary journey full of innovative options and flavors. Latasha our server was fantastic and the supportive table team as well. Great drinks creations. Good place!

    This was my first time at Bacan. It was a great experience and the food was amazing. We had the octopus, short ribs, and frois gras for appetizer as well as the whole fish and whole chicken for dinner. Everything was delicious. Service was on point and the ambience was great.

    I recently dined at this Michelin star restaurant, and while the ambience and aesthetics were truly captivating, I must admit that the food left much to be desired. I was underwhelmed by our experience, particularly when we ordered the truffle chicken. The initial promise of a pre-fried and split chicken was not fulfilled, which was disappointing. My husband also felt that the drinks could have been better, though their presentation was impeccable. The standout, however, was the impeccable service we received. Adding to the experience, it's worth noting that it was our anniversary, even though we did include that detail in our reservation. We purchased a dessert, but unlike what we've experienced at other restaurants, there was no 'Happy Anniversary' message written on the plate, which is a touch that we've come to expect on such occasions. I may consider returning for a pre-event social hour, drawn in by the atmosphere and service, but I wouldn't come back for a full dining experience given the subpar food quality.

    The ambiance is very beautiful. Lovely decor.We ordered the chicken 2 ways and the mushrooms. I got an old fashioned. My drink was perfectly made. I could smell the orange peel and really thought it was one of the better old fashions that I’ve had. My husband’s dirty martini was good but could have used a little more brine. The chicken came out super fast. The presentation was very nice. It was good and very moist but the fried chicken was very greasy. I also thought the dish could have used a little more seasoning. We decided to get 3 desserts. The desserts are wheeled around on a cart like dim sum for you to choose. They are small, beautiful and colorful.. like gems. We got the brownie, the chocolate mousse and the waiter recommended the lemon. They were all delicious and the lemon did turn out to be our fave. It was very tart and creamy. After that, the waiter kindly brought out macarons and champagne to celebrate our anniversary. This made up for me previously thinking he was standoffish. The macarons and champagne were superb and paired beautifully. We left the restaurant happy and wandered the rest of the hotel to see the sculpture garden.
