    Nice dinner, nice location, great service. A little pricey but it’s downtown Ottawa’s so expected. All in all a nice night out and would return.

    The service and cocktails were good but the food was terrible. We had the filet mignon and it had absolutely no seasoning, not even salt or pepper. Along with the steak was roasted potatoes and brussels sprouts which all came out in the same shad of brown/black. It was the most unappetizing looking plate I have ever seen. The only colour was the plate itself. We also had the mussels with fries, and the fries had the most flavour out of anything we ate. Extremely disappointing for the high costs.

    We're placed on the terrace, mentioning that it was heated, but since all the windows were open, the wind was cold on the back of our necks. We're given the table below the speakers who were very loud, we couldn't hear ourselves speaking and since we are French speakers, we had difficulty understanding the waiters. It took 55 minutes to get our meal, we got a 12% discount, but that doesn't take away the fact that we're very hungry and had time to finish the bottle of wine. No one came to fill our glasses, we helped ourselves. That's too bad.

    Servers were not knowledgeable on the menu and their menu was not as advertised. Host did not seat us and server and bartender were annoying, we left before eating.

    This place was not at all what was expected. I made a reservation for a wedding anniversary expecting a table, and instead we were shown to a back lounge area where we had a choice of sitting on one of two sectional couches; one that was soaking wet from a leak in the roof, and one that was broken. We expected that this may be a waiting area until such a time that a table was ready, but no, we were served our food there, so we ate awkwardly and uncomfortably off of a small table. The menu looked amazing, but the food was bland and all around disappointing. We also got the sense that they wanted us out in short order and was honestly perhaps the briefest dine I’ve had short of eating in a fast-food restaurant. I believe there was a big birthday party occurring which was occupying the main area - I would have appreciated a heads up on that front as I would have cancelled my reservation. We will not be going back, and we will not be recommending it to any of our friends.

    The food was good, the live DJ was very fun, and the vibe and ambience were also positive. However, the outdoor chairs were uncomfortable and service was very slow. I would recommend though, especially at night.

    Over priced food and drinks and food was mediocre at best. Not worth the money at all. We won’t go back.

    Great spot for a date night, or night out with friends! We were seated at a higher table and the chairs got to be abit uncomfortable after a while. The ambiance was nice, however once it got more dark out they changed the lighting and it was shining into my friends eyes. The menus were all via QR Code. It would be nice to have the option of a hard copy to look at since it wasn't a huge menu, so it would be easy to go through. Overall, it was a great experience. These were all minor details that didn't ruin our experience, and will definitely be going back:).

    We had a lovely time at B2B Patio this past Friday. Our server was amazing and had such a great personality. The cocktails were worth the price and handcrafted to perfection. Food was decent and great for sharing.

    Great servers, super energetic and friendly. Loved the environment, perfect for a date and they are welcoming of all people. Playlists were bangers and the Dj was great too. Loved that they sat us inside in a cute little are with lights and water knowing that we were there on a date🫶🏼

    The service was perfectly okay and the staff were helpful as they could be, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, half the happy hour menu options were “off” for one reason or another. So, we were left with the option of a burger or flatbread – neither of which we wanted. The cocktails were acceptable, but were pretty average. Overall, rather a disappointment.

    The food was good but average, service not great. Found a used bandaid in my napkin and the server did nothing about it. As you can imagine we were all disgusted by finding a used bandaid in my napkin. I was already done with my meal before I noticed and all she did was offer to bring me new cutlery. Very disappointed with the way this issue was handled. Overall not impressed and will not be going back.

    Service was lacking... My waiter did not introduce themselves or ask for allergies. First round drinks took way too long, the industry standard for first rounding is 2 minutes. I had a reservation for 6:45, during this time service was not busy at all and we had to sit at the smallest table directly under the speakers. It was very, very loud. My corona was lukewarm. My expectations where higher after viewing your website and socials. I think all and all we got one quality check. If it wasn't for your pretty good food this review would be much lower. The staff was very relaxed, almost like the manager left and no one cared anymore.

    We tried to redeem an Open Table cheque and we were denied saying this restaurant is not at Gold status?? Happy hour drinks tasted watered down. We could not taste the Gin in our drink Won Ton nacho’s were good but got soggy quickly due to Tomato sauce.

    The waitress was lovely but we were made to wait to eat for more than an hour. Apparently there was a large order before ours, and that's fine, but my party would've liked to know so we could then decide if we'd rather go somewhere else. Also, we had noticed they started serving people who had arrived and ordered long after us, first.

    Excellent service, Chanel was super attentive and thoughtful. We stepped outside quickly and she had thought to use napkins over our cocktails while the table was unattended. I've never had a waiting staff think of this before. Food was not good, but the drinks were fantastic. I recommend going for a drink, just not as a dinner.

    My partner and I made a reservation for 2 before a show we had later in the night! We let our server know and she ensured we got our food/drinks as quickly as possible. Mikaylah was very attentive and super friendly! The food was also very delicious, we shared a flatbread pizza and truffle fries. Overall it was a lovely date and we’d definitely go back!

    Very cute place but the food was terrible. The salads had little or no dressing. Paid extra for chicken that was very dry and tasteless. Overall expensive and we did not enjoy the food at all.

    The restaurant was closed when we went even though our reservation was confirmed via OpenTable. Looked like permanently closed, but maybe just that day. Why did OpenTable allow this?

    We made reservations but when we arrived they were closed. We even got an email the day before asking if we were still coming. I don't know if they were just closed or they went out of business. Very disappointing!

    It took at least 45 minutes to order mains. Then we had to wait at least hour for food. We had to ask for napkins and cutlery. Yes I understand it was Saturday night and it was busy but when we arrived there was barely anyone and they had already been helped. We got lucky I guess and 50% off on all mains. But the manager seemed like he wasn't doing much to help the servers, seemed all to excited to see us leave.

    Great flavour - but food was lukewarm. I’d read other reviews that stated the same - and thought they must be complainers - but no - 3/4 of us stated that our food was only moderately hot. We did t send it back - but likely won’t be back due to the fact that this seems to be an ongoing problem and hasn’t been fixed despite many reviews stating the same. Small restaurant- loved the decor and size. Definitely need reservations.
