   We tried to redeem an Open Table cheque and we were denied saying this restaurant is not at Gold status?? Happy hour drinks tasted watered down. We could not taste the Gin in our drink Won Ton nacho’s were good but got soggy quickly due to Tomato sauce.

   The waitress was lovely but we were made to wait to eat for more than an hour. Apparently there was a large order before ours, and that's fine, but my party would've liked to know so we could then decide if we'd rather go somewhere else. Also, we had noticed they started serving people who had arrived and ordered long after us, first.

   Excellent service, Chanel was super attentive and thoughtful. We stepped outside quickly and she had thought to use napkins over our cocktails while the table was unattended. I've never had a waiting staff think of this before. Food was not good, but the drinks were fantastic. I recommend going for a drink, just not as a dinner.

   My partner and I made a reservation for 2 before a show we had later in the night! We let our server know and she ensured we got our food/drinks as quickly as possible. Mikaylah was very attentive and super friendly! The food was also very delicious, we shared a flatbread pizza and truffle fries. Overall it was a lovely date and we’d definitely go back!

   Very cute place but the food was terrible. The salads had little or no dressing. Paid extra for chicken that was very dry and tasteless. Overall expensive and we did not enjoy the food at all.

    The restaurant was closed when we went even though our reservation was confirmed via OpenTable. Looked like permanently closed, but maybe just that day. Why did OpenTable allow this?

    We made reservations but when we arrived they were closed. We even got an email the day before asking if we were still coming. I don't know if they were just closed or they went out of business. Very disappointing!

    It took at least 45 minutes to order mains. Then we had to wait at least hour for food. We had to ask for napkins and cutlery. Yes I understand it was Saturday night and it was busy but when we arrived there was barely anyone and they had already been helped. We got lucky I guess and 50% off on all mains. But the manager seemed like he wasn't doing much to help the servers, seemed all to excited to see us leave.

    Food was mediocre. It did not seem prepared fresh. It should have been more amazing for the cost. The vibe is more for a place for a cocktail (expensive though) than a meal.

    Great flavour - but food was lukewarm. I’d read other reviews that stated the same - and thought they must be complainers - but no - 3/4 of us stated that our food was only moderately hot. We did t send it back - but likely won’t be back due to the fact that this seems to be an ongoing problem and hasn’t been fixed despite many reviews stating the same. Small restaurant- loved the decor and size. Definitely need reservations.

    The food was average and overpriced but that is prob standard for the market. The service was prob the worst I’ve ever experienced and that’s saying something… Our waitress was abrupt, not attentive in the least, disappeared most of the night and never once asked if we needed anything I saw zero management on the floor. At one point I saw our waitress chatting with the waitress at the front door drinking a red bull. There is a huge opportunity for training staff in customer service. Fries were delivered cold which made me believe they sat in the pick up window. I had to ask for water multiple times and my husband when he asked for another beer waited 30 min and it came warm. We took my daughter out for her bday and it was not the evening I had planned for her. I rate service 1/10 The burger was tasty but again cold fries. Salmon - just ok- nothing special Pizza - just ok Pasta came hot in a cast iron pan - the only dish that came to our table hot.

    My salmon and my friend’s steak came cold, as if they were sitting on a counter for 15 minutes before being served. Food was overpriced and service wasn’t the best. More of a spot to drink than eat.

    Look, it's a new place, so some of these things will improve over time, I'm sure. But the drinks were watery, the food was cold, and there was one very over stretched server who just didn't have the time to take our orders or refresh our waters.

    I found the atmosphere to be very energetic. However at a certain time of night it turns from a restaurant to a night club. Its very hard to hear or see your guests. I found drinks to be overpriced for the quantity you're receiving, however the food was very good. If you want to go for dinner I would suggest going between 5-7 pm. Before it becomes too loud. Also there are strobe lights throughout the venue made distracting at times.

    Food was cold. They told us 30 minutes after ordering that they didn't have one of the appetizers we ordered. They brought out our entrees and they brought out the wrong entrée and when we told them it was wrong, they went to the kitchen and came back and said they were out of what we ordered and that they brought this other dish (that they initially thought was ours-- so I think they just got the order wrong and tried to force the dish they brought out so we wouldn't be waiting longer for what we did order) Service was bad. It was too loud to be able to really have a conversation/hear. It was more like a club vibe. Wish we had known ahead of time otherwise we would have chosen a different restaurant. OpenTable lists the restaurant as "Tapas/Small Plates" it is definitely not that kind of food. They did comp a number of items, gave us a discount, and brought out other complimentary dishes to help alleviate the issues we faced.

    We walked out Miserable staff. Hostess didn't seat us as per our reservation (we asked for indoors, she sat us outdoors) When we asked for the seat beside where she sat us, she informed us there was a reservation for there two hours after ours We were provided with a QR code for the online menu The waitress did not know the menu at all. She kept saying she had only been there 3 days... poor excuse. We had originally been drawn to the restaurant for it's keto menu due to health reasons. We made our order, she went in and came back to say an iten wasn't available, then came back again to say our substitute request wasn't available and then the third time came back and said that none of keto menu (half their menu online) was available. My partner then asked why they would direct us to a menu that wasn't available. He stood up and spoke sternly and she kept saying don't yell at me. He wasn't yelling. He said relay my question to management. The whole place is a farce. From the staff who are blatantly miserable and ill-equipped by management to do the most basic parts of their jobs, to the false advertising to the blatant disregard for minimal standards of customer service and restaurant management. This place screams shady. Ruined our rare night to go out and doesn't deserve to be in business. I wouldn't he surprised if they are breaking basic ethical, employment, human rights and management codes. They should be inspected.

    Great place - the entire wait staff was very kind and personable. We didn’t feel rushed, our server was attentive and on the ball. The only thing that wasn’t clear was the way the pricing worked for bottomless mimosas, but it isn’t the end of the world. The food was tasty and the portions appropriate, the drinks flowed and the vibe was great. I would maybe recommend a few fans inside because it was quite hot out, but we still had Ana amazing time. Looking forward to going back out and trying the dinner menu!

    Friendly service but not on top of things. Brought wrong food to table, kitchen made mistake after being advised of an allergy, (the server did remove the item from the bill without being asked so that was appreciated), billed us for wrong food, food was mediocre. Cocktails and cheese board were very good. The BBQ chicken salad was mostly lettuce with some chicken thrown on top. Wouldn’t recommend this place except for the drinks and patio.     Although sitting on the patio was lovely, the food was disappointing. My companion had to send back her sliders which were chunks of dry, cold brisket rather than a beef patty. Kettle chips were hard. The exchanged order of a house burger was no better. My order of zucchini “pasta” with tomatoes and mushrooms was mediocre. This was my first time at the restaurant and I would not attend again on account of the food.

    Our waitress was kind, and polite, and ambiance was great. However it was really slow service because servera had too many tables to be prompt and attentive. Waited 40 mins from first sitting down to receiving cocktails. Kitchen ran out of ingredients and two ppl at the table had to reorder their mains. There were many missed money making opportunities for the restaurant related to speed. I'll give it another chance if someone else suggests this place.

    The vibe and atmosphere are amazing. It's small nice place, with a beautiful and cosy interior design and a patio (if you looking to enjoy the sun). The cocktails were good (the alcohol in the drink was definitely present) but the food is a big no. We order chicken sandwich and B2B burger, with a side of chips and Caesar salad. The burgers were dry and not well seasoned, the chips were too hard (it's supposed to be just crunchy) and Caesar salad was quite okay. Overall, it's nice spot for a get-together with friends, sip few cocktails but not the best option for food. We had fun tho.

    The food (salmon) was quite good. However, it took 40 minutes after being seated to receive even a drinks menu, after having to ask. Much too long given they remind you of the two-hour stay-time limit when they seat you. Also, at 9:00pm sharp the restaurant turns into a club with live dj, so you won’t be motivated to stay longer if you are there to have a conversation over dinner.
