Loyal customer, I had visited this establishment several times in the past and raved about it to everyone who asked about a place to eat. I recently visited this establishment with my daughter and husband, of course I had raved about the place to them. In particular The Reverse BLT sandwich. We were very upset to see the menu was changed and the The Reverse BLT was no longer on the menu. Who every is responsible for the menu change should be ashamed of theirselves . Your menu no longer represents the name on the establishment. You have truly put a major damper on our day. The removal of the Reverse BLT from the menu of a place claiming to be the Bacon Nation is heart breaking. No longer a loyal customer.

Took about 15 min to be seated from our reservation time which was fine, but having to wait another 25min for our food to be brought out was upsetting. The food was not worth the price with regards to portion and overall taste. The hostess was very friendly and staff was kind.

I don’t like to give their service a low rating because the servers are running their rears off but they do not staff enough. Waited a long time for the order to be taken and the same extended wait for our food. The kitchen window had 15+ plates sitting while the servers struggled. I have to say “Come on Manager, staff up or be on the floor helping the staff”.

Felt like being in a roadside diner. Was quite enjoyable. Issues arise if you dine aloneand need to use the restroom. You need to let wait staff know you will be back or they'll think you're trying to dash

Sadly they have changed the menu by reducing the bacon options from 13 different flavors to 4. One would expect more bacon rather than less when you go to a place named BACON NATION.

Got there at 11 am. Food was amazing! Service was pretty bad. We were ready to leave around 1145 so lunch rush-ish. Service was slim to none. Had to find the hostess for boxes and check, waitress never came back after dropping food off. Since food was so good I will definitely go back.
