I think our server forgot to put our pasta order in so after our appetizers 20 mins later I didn’t even want it anymore. So we ended up asking for it to be boxed up.

We love Bahama Breeze and choose this one over the other one on Int'l Drive due to some issues we faced with the other one (on multiple occasions). This BB is pretty new & very well themed. Welcome was friendly, instant & correct. Got a table outside which was very nice with the lovely weather. Service was very good, food delicious, so in short another great experience with BB! We will come back on our next trip next year!

Plenty of space for our party of 7. Piña Colada was good but wasn’t exactly how I expected it to taste but the Mystic Margarita my daughter got was yummy. Tropical Chicken salad was very good. Our waiter seemed either very busy or preoccupied because it took him a very long time to get our drinks when it wasn’t too busy yet and extremely long to take our order. I think we sat for about 30 minutes before we gave our order but we were there for a reunion so it wasn’t a problem that night to wait longer. I’d go back in the long run. Bathrooms were clean and ambiance was very nice.

This is one of the best BB locations I have been to. Food was hot upon arrival to the table, Island drinks were delicious, service was great, and even the one error we had with one of our appetizers was immediately corrected and the manager came to let us know she was aware and that it was being handled (we did not call for anyone to come, so for her to initiate was appreciated). We will definitely be back!

Ambience is fantastic with a great coastal vibe. Service was extremely slow and did not follow through on requests. I ordered a pina colada and did not receive it until I was almost finished with my meal. The manager brought it out “on the house” claiming the bartender was waiting for the glass it is supposed to be served in. Needless to say, after sitting in a blender or wherever for 30 minutes the drink was no longer frozen. My opinion is to serve your drink in any glass just to get it to the customer. I never even received a water after asking. Food was great. Came out in a timely manner and was seasoned to perfection. We ordered the salmon and jerk chicken pasta

We had an absolute disaster of a time. They brought out food that gave my husband blister burns. They then said the best they could do was comp appetizers. It took over an hour for the food to come. They mixed up our plates, the food didn’t come out all together, we didn’t have plates or silverware for the appetizers until 25 minutes after the appetizers came out. My husband left early because his hands hurt so much from the burns.

Bahama Breeze is our all-time favorite restaurant. This was an off night. It was not that busy, but service was very, very slow. Took a long time to get drinks - water and coke. They were out of root beer, disappointing my grandson. (Although root beer seems like a strange thing to be out of. ) When our food finally finally started to arrive it took 10 minutes to receive the first entrees to the last. Food for the first 4 was cold before the next entrees came. Water was not refilled. It was very disappointing. 5 adults a 4 year old and a 6 year old.

We’re locals. We were at the outlets shopping for my daughters 7th. She wanted Breeze for dinner. “Coconut shrimp” We usually go to Waterford Lakes location. Locals. Go there. This place caters to the tourist. They clearly don’t care about recurring visitors. The employee smoking dope back by the dumpster (rear/side) of building was a bonus to my kids.

Terrible experience. We were seated next to a party of about 20, who screamed and cackled uncontrollably the entire time. Then they were all arguing with the server over their checks which caused us to have EXTREMELY slow service. Our food was good but the server could not be attentive to us, and as such we had empty drinks for the duration of our meal. Overall the experience was substandard and disappointing.

We met up with old friends, so it was really nice to see them. Appetizer was the beef patties and they were extremely overcooked. The coconut shrimp was over fried and the mashed potatoes that came with. It were extremely cold, but the other two dishes, the lobster pasta I don’t know exactly what it was called because the other two people had it was extremely hot that the steam was coming off of it so you knew that it was, either re-cooked or something but it was sitting under the heat lamps a while. That cream sauce was already hardening on top. Overall is very good. Our server was amazing. I think his name is Jon. I did not pay the bill so I can’t tell you what the value was but everything was good.
