This is one of the best BB locations I have been to. Food was hot upon arrival to the table, Island drinks were delicious, service was great, and even the one error we had with one of our appetizers was immediately corrected and the manager came to let us know she was aware and that it was being handled (we did not call for anyone to come, so for her to initiate was appreciated). We will definitely be back!

Ambience is fantastic with a great coastal vibe. Service was extremely slow and did not follow through on requests. I ordered a pina colada and did not receive it until I was almost finished with my meal. The manager brought it out “on the house” claiming the bartender was waiting for the glass it is supposed to be served in. Needless to say, after sitting in a blender or wherever for 30 minutes the drink was no longer frozen. My opinion is to serve your drink in any glass just to get it to the customer. I never even received a water after asking. Food was great. Came out in a timely manner and was seasoned to perfection. We ordered the salmon and jerk chicken pasta

We had an absolute disaster of a time. They brought out food that gave my husband blister burns. They then said the best they could do was comp appetizers. It took over an hour for the food to come. They mixed up our plates, the food didn’t come out all together, we didn’t have plates or silverware for the appetizers until 25 minutes after the appetizers came out. My husband left early because his hands hurt so much from the burns.

Bahama Breeze is our all-time favorite restaurant. This was an off night. It was not that busy, but service was very, very slow. Took a long time to get drinks - water and coke. They were out of root beer, disappointing my grandson. (Although root beer seems like a strange thing to be out of. ) When our food finally finally started to arrive it took 10 minutes to receive the first entrees to the last. Food for the first 4 was cold before the next entrees came. Water was not refilled. It was very disappointing. 5 adults a 4 year old and a 6 year old.

We’re locals. We were at the outlets shopping for my daughters 7th. She wanted Breeze for dinner. “Coconut shrimp” We usually go to Waterford Lakes location. Locals. Go there. This place caters to the tourist. They clearly don’t care about recurring visitors. The employee smoking dope back by the dumpster (rear/side) of building was a bonus to my kids.

Our waitress was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere of the outdoor dining, drink specials that were so pretty and tasty and food was good fresh comfort food!

Terrible experience. We were seated next to a party of about 20, who screamed and cackled uncontrollably the entire time. Then they were all arguing with the server over their checks which caused us to have EXTREMELY slow service. Our food was good but the server could not be attentive to us, and as such we had empty drinks for the duration of our meal. Overall the experience was substandard and disappointing.

We met up with old friends, so it was really nice to see them. Appetizer was the beef patties and they were extremely overcooked. The coconut shrimp was over fried and the mashed potatoes that came with. It were extremely cold, but the other two dishes, the lobster pasta I don’t know exactly what it was called because the other two people had it was extremely hot that the steam was coming off of it so you knew that it was, either re-cooked or something but it was sitting under the heat lamps a while. That cream sauce was already hardening on top. Overall is very good. Our server was amazing. I think his name is Jon. I did not pay the bill so I can’t tell you what the value was but everything was good.

Yesterday evening (7/16/22) around 5pm my husband and I made reservations. We noted the special occasion on the reservation although no one acknowledged it. We decided to get a few drinks and eat elsewhere afterwards. We sat side-by-side at the bar. The bartender was nice, but he wasn’t that great. I can’t recall his name but he was a young white male with black hair. When we ordered a second round of pina coladas, the guy didn’t use new glasses. We watched him take our glasses and refill our pina coladas by putting our cups under the spout of the frozen drink machine while our straws were still in them. Yikes. That is the only reason why I’m leaving this review. Also, he refilled our order wrong. He mixed it with strawberry this time instead of making plain pina coladas, then said “my bad” most people like it mixed though. He politely agreed to throw those away. Fortunately, another guy with a big beard named Sterlin was there, walking around helping all of the customers at the bar. I believe he was a manager. He was extremely professional and friendly to everyone. He asked if we’d like another round of pina coladas. They were so delicious, we said yes to a third and final round. Sterlin gave us brand new glasses instead of refilling our used ones. Much appreciated.

Cocktails were watered down. Service was slow. Rice was undercooked. Steak was tough. Nothing had very much flavor. It had been a while since we had been here and wow, the food was nothing like it used to be. Bland island food at best. Our server was very inattentive and it took way too long. Not worth the $100 we spent. Probably will not return.
