Loved the food, and service was spectacular..attentive but not smothering. Rhe dining room is just fancy without being opulent, so casual dress is ok. My only complaint was that they were piping in the music from the casino which was awful disco-type music however we said something to our waiter - then we noticed the music changed to something more appropriate to the setting. I would definitely go back!

First time visitors and were surprised on the upside. Great menu, not gigantic, but plenty to choose from. The mussels were awesome and the rigatoni was as good as I have had. Had a great bottle of very reasonably priced wine. Service was just great. Efficient friendly and fun.

Our server, Daniela, was incredible. Very knowledgeable in their craft. Made choosing our meal effortless with perfect recommendations m. Seasonal menu so all items are fresh. By far the best Italian meal in Vegas.

This restaurant is INCREDIBLE! I've had amazing meals in London, Paris, New York ... this is in my top 10 best meals ever. I just can't say enough -- the dishes were fresh and tasted divine -- some of the best food I've ever put in my mouth! The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated. Absolutely gorgeous! Then there's the service ... WOW! Everyone was incredibly attentive without hovering. The sommelier is excellent -- really knows his wine and remembered little things about our table and our preferences -- just exceptional! Our server was superb. Guillermo C. is warm, friendly, and has mastered the art of serving, spending just enough time at the table. It was my birthday, so they brought dessert. But before it was placed on the table, Guillermo noticed that the dessert plate didn't include a candle. So he asked the food runner to pull the dessert back. And a minute or two later, he came out with the dessert and a lit candle on the plate. Very thoughtful. Great attention to detail. I can't wait to eat here again. This is a gem!! And thanks, Guillermo, for making my birthday special and first trip to Vegas truly memorable! You're exceptional at what you do, and it's noticed and appreciated!

Everything we had was delicious. Our waiter, Jermey was delightful, very personable. We shared an order of the Grilled Lamb sausage which was delicious. My partner had the Agnolotti, and I had the Rotolo. My only critique on the Rotolo is some of the herbs in the dish over shadowed the flavor the the (broccoli) Rabe. I love Broccoli Rabe and was looking forward to the unique taste of the vegetable. Overall - excellent food and service.

Excellent food and friendly service. We were able to get our reservation changed at a short notice in spite of the large group size. We ordered multiple items including antipasti (lamb sausage, burrata), pizza, pasta (vegetarian), entree (half chicken) and dessert (Tiramisu). Each one of them was exceptionally delicious. Definitely will come back when we are in Vegas.

We had and early dinner on a Sunday evening. The restaurant was not crowded. Our server was great. Daniela allowed us to move to a window seat for better atmosphere. We had the margarita pizza, 1/2 chicken, and macaroni and cheese. Service was fast. Pizza crust was thin and crisp. The chicken was tender, juicy and tasty. Mac and cheese was delicious and delightfully cheesy.

The food was outstanding, the service very good and ambience was great. My colleagues and I had, had an disappointing meal the previous night but at Balla our faith in great food in Las Vegas was restored. We will be back!

Very good food. Worth the wait, for us it was 4 hours for the tasting menu. I would say if you have time to enjoy a fresh meal with beautiful ambience and good people to talk to and catch up with, go here!

Shawn McClain does not disappoint. The tasting menu was superb. His pizza is amazing. The crust an incarnation of the Five50 pizza bar crust reminds me of my Sicilian Grandma’s recipe! I’m definitely going back. BTW, our server Ashley went above and beyond as well as sommelier Caleb…superstars each. I heard Shawn on the Food and Loathing podcast and new from that interview that he was passionate about great food. Try them out, the price was very reasonable too. Great food and value.

Honestly, not too impressed with the service. everything took extremely long to get to the table, all of their systems were done, nothing was working in the kitchen, everything was upside down. was we were celebrating a pregnancy as well and it was like no one honestly wanted to make it a night to remember. We came with our family, and at first everything was wonderful. it is a beautiful restaurant no doubt, the server was understanding about it all as well,,, but the manager was not at all a manager i’d like to discuss things with. Long story short, is it a good restaurant? definitely! is it a restaurant to celebrate something? definitely not. is it good service? i believe it honestly depends on who’s working or what the restaurants going through as well.
