Stayed at the Copley Westin for a business trip so I ate at the in hotel restaurant. American food is decent nothing to write home about. Mostly a crowd of middle aged couples and professionals. If you’re looking for a swankier spot with singles and young professionals the W or the 4 seasons restaurant had a much better atmosphere.

Excellent seasonal old fashioned menu - highly recommend. Service was also great and the food was very good for a reasonable price. Piano player on Friday nights is a highlight as well.

My friend and I sat at a table for 20 minutes and no one greeted us or offered us water. The restaurant wasn’t busy so there was no excuse. We eventually got tired of waiting and left. That was absolutely ridiculous!

The hostess didn’t have my reservation in her computer. The brunch menu was unavailable despite being on their website. I guess weekends no menu to order off from. Forced to have their very mediocre buffet. Reservation 11am and server said I would get food quickly we are closing the buffet soon. This was ridiculous. Food was below average. Selection was fair. Server was at least friendly. Will not be returning.

It was a hot day in Boston so we wanted to ensure we had some AC in the middle of our day. It’s a hotel restaurant so it was fairly empty midday. Not unwelcoming to a nonhotel guest, but a bit hidden. Food was great, service was great! Exactly what we needed for a break from the hustle and bustle of LDW in the hot city!

This place is good to spend time after all bars and restaurants are closed. We cAme after 11PM and orders good food and had nice drinks! We came to this bar on the second night again and had great time there. The food is delicious and service is quick. On Friday night we enjoyed life music!

Had gone on the Fourth and I get that it’s difficult to find work on holidays. But there was food on the ground, had to wait for ever to be seated, food seemed pre-made and took as long as a meal cooked from scratch, and overall was as valued as a chain family restaurant.

The menu was very limited compared to the one one OpenTable no bar tender for Bloody Mary. The chicken and waffles would have been better if the smaller bits of chicken weren’t overcooked. The staff was fantastic.

Tried this place out recently. The food was fine, although it was a little more expensive than I would have expected for what was served. Two entrees and two drinks came out to about $80. The food was tasty, but it wasn't enough to make me want to go back.
