We dined here for dinner and for breakfast the next morning. Both times the place was almost empty. I ordered the pork chop and it was cooked perfectly. My husband ordered the bolognese. We both had the breakfast sandwich the next morning. All the food was prepared well except for everything being over salted, especially the potatoes. The servers were attentive until we needed the check and then my husband finally got up to search him out, which didn’t make sense since it was anything but busy. I would still recommend the place as I would ask for less salt in the food prep if we stay at this hotel again.

The restaurant was pretty empty when we arrived, and were told half of the dishes we wanted to order were not available that night when we were ready to order. Several people in our party felt sick after the meal as well. Will definitely not be going back.

This restaurant is attached to a hotel. We met at 11 am, so it was fairly empty and quiet. The waitress was very attentive. She asked if we would like bread service - we didn't realize it was an item on the menu and an additional cost ($12), but it was excellent (Rosemary & Olive Cast Iron Focaccia Whipped Ricotta, Saba, Chili, and Olive Oil), and we're so glad we got it. The Calabrian Chili Orecchiette (Little Neck Clams, Vino Bianco, Garlic, Olive Oil, Butter, Parsley, Basil) was tasty, and the Mixed Lettuces salad (Blue Cheese, Charred Grapes, Toasted Pistachio, Cider Vinaigrette, Charred Tomato) was also good.

The food and drinks were out of this world. Even for an understaffed world though, this was insane. I don’t think they were understaffed, fwiw, but the service times for even just a dessert menu were 20 min+. Drink orders never submitted, 45 minutes before food order taken. I love the food and drink, I really just hope they can improve on the service.

Service was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. Didn’t get drinks for 40 minutes and had to ask other waiters for service. Our server tended to just disappear. Never received our appetizer. Food was pretty good but I thought was expensive for meal size.

Made a reservation and arrived on time. A server brought us water, and then proceeded to seat and wait on all the tables around us. We waited for a while and finally left. They had 3 staff, two of whom were not helping tables. They didn't seem concerned nor interested that we were there.

Outstanding effort from service side - not polished but very attentive. Food is unique, well crafted, and very delicious. We had the octopus app - outstanding - and mixed salad with those blistered grapes - very different and satisfying. The gnocchi was light and delicious. We also had the bread appetizer that is a heavenly pan focaccia with exciting compliments and ricotta. My squid ink pasta with seafood had a rich flavor that is rare.

A couple of friends and I came here to celebrate a graduation on a weekday night. Service was excellent! Drinks were good. Food was hit or miss. My seafood lumache was outstanding - one of the best meals I’ve had in Boston in recent memory. The octopus appetizer was well balanced. The meatballs left something to be desired as did the orecchiette, perhaps acidity or salt? Overall, would recommend and return.

This little treat is tucked into the Hyatt Centric lobby in Faneuil Hall but is anything but a typical hotel restaurant! The food is exceptional and the drink menu is great. We had a mixed green salad with blistered grapes that was so interesting and yummy. The Buratta Crostino and meatballs were delicious. And the “bread service” was homemade focaccia served with whipped ricotta. I have never tasted anything like it! The hostess, server and manager were very hospitable and polite.
