   Service at bar Isabel continues to decline on every visit. The server/ manager was not friendly or accommodating at all. Felt somewhat discriminated as I noticed the minorities were seated at the back. When asked if I could even just moved to the table beside me as it was in the corner and I just sat down, haven’t even ordered yet and was told it was unavailable. Yet they were able accommodate the table to my left with the same request. This restaurant was on my top 3 but last 2 visits were disappointing. I’m good on this restaurant for the rest of the year lol.

    Amazing food and service. I cannot choose my favorite plate because they were all tasty and so well done. The waiters were friendly and fast. They made the experience perfect. Would 100% recommend

    I was really excited to try Bar Isabel as it had been recommended to me a few times by different people. Sadly, it was a very disappointing experience. None of the menu items we ordered were good. They ranged from being heavy and greasy to burnt. I’m really not sure why this restaurant was ever recommended. It didn’t come close to living up to the hype. The only reason it got a 2 star rating is because the service was good.

    I really enjoyed it. Nice flavours, best Octopus I've eaten, amazing mushroom plate, and fois gras bites. nice wine list. desert with a sherry finished the night perfectly

    Loved this place. Food and service was amazing. We have been to Spain and were not disappointed. We had the patatas bravas, shrimp, tomato bread, sobrasada and fois gras and the octopus which is probably the best we’ve ever had. The dishes are pricey but portions were generous enough for 2 of us to share. We were stuffed but found room for the basque cake for dessert which was delicious. The servers and sommelier were so helpful with their drink, wine and food recommendations.

    Was here for dinner. Spent $200. Fifty minutes after entering the restaurant with a reservation we were deciding whether to have sherry or espresso with dessert. We were told that we had to hurry up so they could turn the table by the waiter.

    Super cozy spot in Little Italy. New to me since moving back to Toronto. Went for a super late lunch at 3pm and the spot wasn't very busy which was nice. Service was great even as a person dining solo. Shishito Pepers were great. Cooked well and the salt added a nice taste. I kinda wish I could add some lime to them and I'm not sure why. The grilled octopus was amazing. Good size pieces and enough char and meaty tasty that it was the perfect protein for my meal. The sauce it came with was plentiful. Dandelions are not my thing, so I only had a bit of them. Lord of Leisure drink was a perfect non-alcoholic drink to have with food. Had two of them over the course of my service. I can see why this is a popular spot.

    Great place! Met my high expectations, especially the Picanha steak, and If a rice dish can be added the menu would be completely top notch. Definitely will be back.
