The food was delicious, we were pleasantly surprised. We were surprised that this was a hotel lobby restaurant, we almost didn’t stay once we arrived, but the food was worth it.

Amazing service, our server was so lovely and thoughtful. Food was excellent; delicious, perfectly cooked and good portions. We’ll be back for sure.

Food was not great. Expensive and very linited menu. The charcuterie board was pathetic. The chicken in the Caesar salad was too overcooked to eat and the salad was weirdly dry yet chock too full of bacon and croutons. Just not good. There were too few servers but the two women that were there, really did a good job. Kudos to them! Location is great for Scotiabank Arena but I wouldn't go back for food. Just drinks next time.

My friends and I had a bad experience at this place. The waitress was sometimes dismissive and at the end tried to scam us out of another 20% tip by not providing a copy of the bill and not telling us that service was already included. She claimed it was a mistake when we challenged the bill. This would have added an extra $130 tip for her had we not caught it. Also in reflection when we got home we discovered that a fourth and extra round of drinks had been added, curiously that took it over the $500 that created the automatic service charge, highly suspicious. This unpleasant experience should be a warning to others to check their bill carefully at this establishment. I reached out to the hotel in private on here to detail the above but got no response. So am now making this public. Buyer beware at this establishment.

We sat on the nice quiet patio attached to the hotel. The servers and host were all very professional/polite. My server was also pretty funny/chatty as an added bonus. Would recommend for a nice quiet drink away from all the hustle and bustle, but still conveniently right downtown.

I'm a burger fan & so I had the burger. Visually simple (which I like) but the patty (which is crucial) was exeptional & all put together, it was very deliscious + fries were tasty. We went to Le Germain based on reputation/familiarity & we were disappointed in the dining experience, not really a 'dinner out'. It felt like we were almost in the lobby. More revelant for lunch or a quick meal, or just drinks, pretty casual. Service was great.
