   Excellent service; staff were very friendly and attentive and helpful with menu choices. He knew it was our first time and also made sure to inform us of happy hour specials and times for the future. The food was incredible; we each had a pasta dish and the portion sizes were great and it was delicious.

   It was very busy on the Saturday night we were, so it was pretty loud. Server was friendly, but he was also very busy. Food was good, but not the best we've ever had. Calamari was very nicely cooked, tender and not at all chewy. Tuna crudo was better than the scallop crudo. Pastas and pizza were tasty, steak was a miss for us. It wasn't well seasoned and it was much tougher than we were expecting. Cocktails were interesting and creative. Overall, it was decent, but we felt rushed the whole time. We ordered lots of small plates and larger plates to share, and we were being moved on to dessert within 45 minutes.

   Place was hoppin. Very loud but good vibe. The service wasn’t great. Our server wasn’t very knowledgeable. The drinks on the menu apparently are pre-made and they were having an issue “pouring” mine. They had a 1L house wine from Italy but no one could answer any further details because they “make it in house”. Yet when we asked for a tasting of it before ordering we were denied saying they only did tasting for wines sold by the glass. So we just ordered a wine from the menu we were familiar with. Luckily, the food we had was very good.

    Great food but the service was not to our expectations. Had requested a booth/widow table a month in advance in our reservation and was seated in a spot in the back corner where we were crammed next to another couple. The music and noise was extremely loud which we could not even have a conversation. Although the food is great, it was not an enjoyable dining experience.

    The acoustics toward the back of the restaurant accentuate the noise level making normal conversation impossible. If you want to dine out and avoid any conversation with your party members then this is the place for you.

    It took an hour to get a martini because they were out of the Vodka, but no communication from the server after asking what was the delay, the noise level was not for a group setting, food was good, will not be back!

    The food and ambience were great, however, the service was slow and inattentive. It made us feel as though our table was just another number. I’ve had better experiences at cactus club or earls.

    Delicious Elderflower Gin drink and wonderful crispy artichokes. Mains (pasta) were good but less memorable. Server was pretty short spoken and even absent until it got closer to the cheque being brought.

    Bad Service: the waitress Linda had bad attitudes - such as making faces, make mistakes. Messy ponytails. In fact, all waitresses have messy hair. Is that the restaurant style? Bad food: Fusion everything. Extremely salty on Pizza, wrong ingredients combined. every ingredients are salty ingredients, and then salt are probably added. Streak tartare is extremely salty and spicy. This is how to make streak tartare, is this fusion too? Can't taste the beef, just spicy and salty. If don't know how to make streak tartare, please don't offer it. Price: Expensive for the quality of food. Drinks are very expensive, and poor wine selection. Bad Italian wines for a "Italian" restaurant. Expensive for the service quality. They just don't get what service means. We are there just for food. This restaurant doesn't understand what a good restaurant outing experience SHOULD BE. Plus, phone number doesn't work. Who do they think they are?

    Three at our table including one minor. Server was super attentive. We asked to ensure that our next cocktail order was taken when our current cocktail was half empty and was impressed that our server was compliant in this request. Cocktails amazing. Food was excellent. Used plates and cutlery were replaced with fresh ones appropriately. Overall, an amazing experience. Well done!

    Beautiful decor & food was ok. Server was in a rush and kept pestering us to place our order when the restaurant wasn’t even busy (Wednesday night). We all ordered pasta but weren’t offered Parmesan cheese when it arrived. When we asked for it, we received a tiny container for the group of us & it looked like the powdered fake stuff. When the bill arrived, we noticed that we were charged for it! Shocked an Italian restaurant wouldn’t offer freshly grated Parmesan for free.

    This is the second time I’ve been to Barberella. Each time the drinks took forever to come, tonight the food came before our drinks. The food is not overwhelming but the atmosphere and vibe is awesome.

    Service was slow - drinks were poor - the old fashioned was the worst I have ever had. To say the food was not very good is being generous (the pizza was a soggy mess, the fried artichokes tasted like batter). We were seated in a dark corner next to the kitchen. Given how hard it is to get reservations here it certainly does not live up to the hype. Maybe the "A" team was away for the long weekend but I won't be back any time soon. Very disappointing Concorde.

    Reserved the "bar" and was placed at the very back of the restaurant. Hostess said that the back tables were the "bar" – hardly. They then said sitting closer to the front meant you'd have to sit the bar. The rest of the bar area and restaurant was open. Booking areas is not clear on what you are booking.

    Disappointed with where they placed us in the back of the restaurant where it was very dark. Just about the worst seats in the place where one person is facing a wall. Also, the background music was extremely loud making it difficult to visit. On the positive side however the food was very good and the service was excellent.

    Another dissapointing experience at barbarella. Attitude from the time we got there, in spite of our apologies for running behind (gridlock traffic and no where to park ). We were told we couldn't sit at the bar even though that was our request and the 7 empty seats that never filled (when we left there were two people at the entire bar). Server felt like we had offended him somehow, short, snappy, disrespectful, told us the spritz was all pre-made mix and couldn't be altered (we just asked that our second round have a little more passion fruit juice). Drink ticket "got lost" and took 25 minutes to finally arrive, no apologies just what happens sometimes we were explained. Food was great as always, drinks inconsistent, service dissapointing.

    It took a REALLY long time for our mains to come out. When they finally came the server told us the system had gone down, or something like that. That's fine, I get that there are technical issues, but she should have give us the heads up when everything was taking so long. We were just left there wondering why it was taking so long.
