    Service excellent de Conrado notre serveur , nourriture très bonne. Le seul bémol est moins de choix que si le bbq était style buffet qu’on peu se servir . Beaucoup de saveur dans tous les plats que nous avons reçu merci

    The service was rushed. Wine cork broken whilst uncorking, unapologetic waitress. Also asked the waitress if we can move to a table under the awning because it started to rain and was told to speak to the hostess and walked away. Generally good food but service could’ve been friendlier as we were an easy going table. Had a return reservation on our last day and decided to cancel.

    Service long et inexistant nous étions obligé de demander pour tout. Le serveur renversait l eau partout.la nourriture avait toute le même goût et elle était froide. Nous avons connu le concept avant Covid 1000x mieux. L expérience de cette manière n est pas à recommander. De plus chicane de couple a une autre table et les employés non pas demandé de baisser le ton ou de quitter, très désagréable. Très déçu de notre soirée.

    Les services sont à améliorer.en commençant par la réception par l’hôtesse voulais nous placer dans un coin proche de la vaisselle et la cuisine BBQ avec une chaise abîmée. Après c’était à la table, un des plats est servi mais personne n’est venu changer les assiettes. On a dû utiliser la même assiette pour manger avant que la nourriture soit froide. Heureusement que la propriété est belle.

    Le château Montebello est un incontournable. Le barbecue estival est toujours impeccable, et bien qu’ils aient dû faire quelques ajustements suite à la COVID, les mets qu’on nous apporte à la table sont de purs délices, à déguster en admirant le magnifique paysage.

    You can blame COVID and staff issues, but the service was simply appalling. Definitely not up to Fairmont standards. View is very nice, food is good. Drinks “ok”. Pricing is high but would be fine if the service was up to par.

    We are going every years at this BBQ. After 4 years this one was the most disappointed. Not much of variety. The quality is ok but use to be outstanding. It looks like a cowboy style BBQ but for 62$ by person you would expect munch more than fry chicken and pulled pork. The plate are aluminium cookies tray, look like a cheap cafeteria. They try to change a winning formula into a cheap trendy style. Not what you expect from Fairmont Hotel.

    The concept is great but the execution not so much. The food overall was not special in any way and some food had an odd flavour. Service was spotty and with so many tables jammed in together, you lose the feeling of being in such a special spot overlooking the river. Shame on you, Fairmont.

    Un peu déçu par rapport à notre dernière fois. Il manquait d’accompagnement. J’ai trouvé cette fois-ci que le choix et la qualité ne valait pas le prix qui est assez dispendieux.

    Quelques années se sont écoulées depuis ma dernière visite, et à ma grande surprise, non seulement le prix a beaucoup augmenté, mais la sélection de nourriture a diminué. Cependant, ce qu'il y avait à manger était tout simplement délicieux. Et que dire du service...exceptionnel! 55$ serait un prix un peu plus raisonnable, d'autant plus que l'alcool est ridiculement cher pour rien.

    Pretty Grim.. No fresh food available for our 7:30 reservation.. Small bowl of dried out smoked meat and a few pieces of beef, very few salad choices..like a wilted watermelon salad and a very small bowl of a sort of tomato thing, very dried out fried chicken, no fresh choices, service was non-existent, waited 30 minutes for table re-setting. dessert was a coup of choices. It was a birthday celebration which I noted beforehand. It was ignored. Very very very disappointing.

    Repas "chic" de vacances, BBQ très sympatique avec de la viande et du poisson excellent!! La polenta au cheddar un délice -) Un peu difficile à trouver (derrière le château), ainsi que le parking (parking visiteur, il faut prendre un ticket, on nous redonne un ticket en sortant du restaurant pour ne pas payer) mais sinon rien à redire.

    Event was great (our anniversary). Food was great. Service was great. Our table had a lovely view overlooking the gardens and river. It was a Friday night and they also had an entertainer, Charlie, who gave lovely interpretations of various songs including old crooner songs. The weather was also good, and when it started to get a bit chilly towards the end of the evening, the staff lit up the heaters which kept us very comfortable. Overall, we had a great evening and we were very happy with the BBQ at the Fairmont Le Château Montebello.

    Délicieux. J’adore l’ajout de fumoir et de crème glacée molle. Par contre, c’est dommage que ce fut au détriment des légumes et salades. Il faut vraiment être un vrai carnivore!

    Nous avons adoré notre expérience BBQ. Excellent service et bon ambiance pour un souper entre amis sur la terrasse. Quel beau site! Tout en confort même avec les températures fraîches des soirées d'août. Merci au personnel très attentionné.

    Très bon, mais plutôt cher pour un Buffet ou l'on se sert soi-même. Avec taxes et pourboires ça revient à près de 80$ par personne (sans compter le vin ). Très belle expérience que je renouvellerais plus souvent si le prix était moins cher.
