   We went to Bar Dough on a Saturday night before the theatre. We were a table of 10. The place maybe holds 20 people. We ordered pizza, sandwiches and salads. They served 2 pizzas at 6:15 the next person to get food was 15 minutes later. The last person to get their sandwich (I’m talking chicken parm - not a gourmet meal) was 6:52! I have NEVER seen such incompetence. The server and manager were trying to avoid us then eventually apologized. They brought us 2 salads that we’re supposed to be appetizers after the entrees we’re finally brought out and one salad had a hair in it. They took the salad with the hair off of the bill and the sandwich that was served 40 minutes late. For a restaurant on “restaurant row” there was no excuse. I will make sure to spread the word not to even attempt to go there.

   well, it was quite quiet - the pizza was very thin - left hungry - there was an undisclosed 3% fee for credit card usage = menu bore no resemblance to menu on website the martini - small - was 21 - highway robbery no wonder the place was so empty when every other place near the theater was packed - the bar tender - server - was quite pleasant

   Loved the ambiance of this location. We had reservations and they seemed surprised that they had a reservation. We went after our show but well before closing. Ordered a cocktail and bruschetta. That was amazing. Went with his recommendations for pizza. One came out burnt the other was great. I ate around the burnt. We never were offered additional drinks and help. We finally interrupted our server eating at the bar to come help us and asked if the restaurant was closing early and he said no take our time. Could have been a great experience and meal. I think there are a lot of pizza options. We should have just paid a $1 for a slice on the street.

   Great pizza with many choices. Table dining area is small as the bar area is much bigger. Service was very good. The location was perfect for a casual meal after a Broadway matinee.

    We 100% enjoyed our experience at BarDough. It’s a great alternative to the touristy establishments for pre-theatre dinner. The staff was attentive and accommodating. The food was excellent. We’ll done!

    Nick the owner gave us his personal recommendations, the hand thrown fired pizza was amazing! Ambience was great, it’s a smaller place just off Times Square. Nick even lent us an umbrella as we left, super hospitable and authentic experience! (If I could give more than five stars I would)

    Visiting from Asheville, NC & was recommended BarDough NYC by a friend. Food was Good, Great Customer Service & Food Came out Quickly Recommend the Buffalo Wings & Penne Ala Vodka :)
