    Excellent! I enjoyed the lobster macaroni, it was one of the best meals I’ve ever tasted in my life. Our waiter was amazing, however the food took long to come. Loved Baro!

    Service, food and atmosphere are fabulous. I don't mind paying the prices for a special meal, however: any restaurant of this "stature" should have a proper wine fridge for storage and serve their wine at the proper temperature. It's really not that much to expect, all things considered, and a real shame that restauranteurs don't know this y now.

    Went here in the summer with my mom and the food was great. Took my bf this weekend for our anniversary and the food wasn’t great at all, considering the prices. We got the octopus, with was barely warm and a little fishy, cassava fries weren’t warm either and was bland, the grilled fish was okay, jackfruit empanadas (the sauce) was way too sour. Everything we got was actually either cold or barely warm and bland, which was very disappointing as we came for the seafood and could’ve just gone to Myth instead. We were seated in a very dark small table at first, could barely read the menu, then we asked to be moved and they did, but this time it was right under a heater that they couldn’t adjust, so it was not very pleasant. The only thing we couldn’t fault was the service, both servers were very nice and accommodating, so we felt bad to give such bad review of the food while we were there. Overall super disappointed as the first time I went was really good and now that I wanted to celebrate a special occasion, Baro had let us down. We left unsatisfied, I had to pick up food on the way back to our hotel.

    Baro is an outstanding fusion kitchen restaurant, I can highly recommend, you can try food you‘ve never eaten before, we chose the Jackfruit Empanada, the Mac con Champiñones, the Truffle Cassava Frita and Churros with Dulce de Leche. Best Restaurant you will find in Toronto, also nice for vegetarians, the Cocktails are also very delicious and the staff was so friendly and helpful!

    Celebramos un cumpleaños sorpresa y el personal del restaurante fue muy amable ayudando en todo. El pato y el cordero simplemente deliciosos. Recomiendo las papas rellenas. Me encantó la combinación de música, me sentí como en mi país. Espero volver pronto!!!

    We had an absolutely wonderful server for our meal - this was totally the highlight! The food was ok overall, there were some hits and misses. The ceviche was really tasty, and the slaw was really punchy and flavourful. The rest of the food we had was generally bland and needing salt - the side of patatas being the worst offender. The portions are small, but I don't care about that so much (pretty typical prices for sharing-plate restaurants in Toronto) - the food is just really expensive when considering how bland most of it was. We were seated on the beautiful roof deck - unfortunately we were seated in a dark area with no lights, so we couldn't really see the menu or the food. After a while of sitting in the dark, the hostess brought us a portable table-top lamp, which promptly died - followed by a candle (15 minutes of sitting in pitch black later). I'm not sure I'll be back here - I'm happy to pay for an expensive if the food is great and the ambiance is nice; the price-to-quality ratio is just way off at this spot.

    This place blew our expectations out of the water. Drinks were great. Brunch was great. And the pancakes were the best pancakes we’ve ever had. We almost came every day we were in town. Five stars.

    Second visti, as great as the first, Allan our waiter was a huge part of experience. Energetic, kind and attentive. Food was amazing. We both at from the Brunch menu. Best brunch in Toronto.

    Our server provided outstanding service. He explained the menu thoroughly, arranged for me to have a great mocktail that wasn’t on the menu and was very friendly. The the decor and ambience of the restaurant is really beautiful. 10/10

    Its our first time coming to the restaurant and our experience is amazing. I couldn't remember our server name but she is Amazing😱. She knows everything in the menu, she always checking if the guest is doing good or need anything and all her recommendation is amazing. I enjoyed spending my dinner birthday🎁pretty good. The food is phenomenal job👍so for sure we will come back. Hope there will be discount or free drinks or dessert🍨LOL. But we love the place for sure

    Service was amazing, very knowledgeable staff. The recommendation we were given by our waiter were bang on, steak was over cooked, broccoli was under cooked, the prices were far too high for what you’re getting. 6.5/10
