   Went for Mother's Day and overall the experience was ok. The ambiance and service staff were great but the food was mediocre and took a very long time arrive after ordering. Mom had a good time so I guess it was overall a good meal but I would not book again.

   To begin, the host knocked it out of the ballpark. Friendly energy, and we are quickly acknowledged and seated. Service was great. The food was really good but like everything else in this world, The prices are getting pretty steep. Great atmosphere, will definitely be back.

   Great outdoor dining experience! On top of the great burger and barbecue (and Sangria), the outdoor patio was the perfect setting for a nice spring evening by the Creekside fountains

    Great atmosphere and jazz band on a Saturday evening. Crew did a great job managing seating despite disruption from prom. Everything would have been great, if it weren’t for the food. Loaded fires were stale and undercooked, in an awful white sauce that didn’t make sense, almost like a potato soup. Fish tacos were bland. Collard greens were overly sweet and not good. Smoked wing appetizer was the best thing we had, but even that had a sweet bbq sauce that left us on a sour note. Overall menu also seemed limited for a feature restaurant. Sorry…I did not enjoy and we would have been better off at CityBBQ. Will not likely return, unless it’s just for cocktails with friends.

    I requested an outdoor table and made a reservation. When I arrived the staff had to check to see if an outdoor table was available. The point of a reservation is to make sure that a table is ready when the customer arrives. A drink menu was provided but did not include beer options. I requested one but it was forgotten by the wait staff. I ordered an entree salad to be split for an appetizer, with the dressing on the side. The wait staff brought the salad on one plate, an extra, empty plate, but no dressing. The beer that I did order was forgotten. The boar burger was tasty, but the crinkle fries were like the frozen kind you bake in the oven at home. I ordered strawberry shortcake for dessert, it was flavorless and the strawberries were not fresh. The outdoor atmosphere was nice and the wait staff friendly.

    I had the Nashville style Chicken and Waffles and it was fantastic. Sweet and just the right amount of spicy. Chicken was tender and juicy, Waffle was perfect. Side of Brussel sprouts with onion was really good too. Combine that with a great local beer from Wolf’s Ridge and I had a perfect meal. My wife had the Brisket BLT and Sweet potato fries. She really liked her meal also.

    Visited for the first time on Valentine’s Day I ordered the pork chop with Brussels sprouts and collard greens and it was was excellent. Service was also quick and attentive and the music was the perfect volume & vibe!

    My wife enjoyed the chicken and waffles but my brisket was dry and disappointing. The shrimp and grits was very good. The room where our table was didn’t seem completely finished. The Gahanna location seemed to have a limited menu, the waitress said the recently redid the menu. Overall disappointed.

    I was so excited to return for their Mac n cheese. Recipe has dramatically changed and was not the same. It came to the table and the smell was so unpleasant. I took a few bites and just couldn’t eat it anymore. I didn’t complain and waiter asked if I’d like a box. I declined and got the bill. A short time later the manager approached. I gave honest feedback and was pleasantly surprised when it was removed from the bill. I was not expecting that and was appreciative. The side salad and hush puppies I got were amazing. I’d go back for sure and just not order the Mac n cheese. The service was great and give them five stars for that.

    Please don’t go here for brunch! Dinner is good, but brunch is absolutely abysmal. The chicken and waffles are just gritty pulled chicken (texture is like meat with freezer burn) and the entire dish is swimming in a literal bowl of syrup. The waffles are saturated. Bacon nearly raw (it had obviously been cooked folded, and thus couldn’t cook through all the way). Even the mimosa was bad. How do you mess up a mimosa? Do not recommend!!!
