It was all in an excellent meal. I can understand that the overall location of the restaurant is a very festive place and loud music is the norm all over so ignore my rating about the noise and enjoy the great food

The lady singing had a lovely voice, but the volume was a bit too loud. We couldn’t speak to each other at the table until it ended. The food was wonderful and my father in law whoe loves Spain, he liked it too. Service was very good too. Kudos!

Our meals at Barullo have been epic. The paellas are insanely delicious. The tapas and sangria are world beaters. The vibe is comfortable and unpretentious. The place ranks among our favorite restaurants and we look forward to our visits there with a unique energy and excitement. We always leave stuffed but amused by our consumption. Ya gotta go there.

We enjoyed a late dinner here after listening and dancing to the live DJ in the courtyard area. We sat on the patio of the restaurant to still be able to hear the music. The kid menu is sufficient ams my daughter ordered the Spaghetti and meatballs. She said the meatballs were a bit dry. I ordered a salad and added salmon to it. Overall a 4/5.

Everything was perfect except for the calamari’s. They has 2 tiny plastic sticks in the food. We didn’t change the order because we don’t like to return food unless we think it’s related to under or over cooked. Overall, everything good.

El servicio de 5 estrellas y el lugar! Pero la paella era de mariscos y lo único que tenía eran calamares pequeñitos y pulpos pequeñitos. El sabor no era el más exiquisito. Al ser un rest español, pensè que la paella sería espectacular. Tienen espacio para mejorarla. Muchas gracias!

Despite being near a conference center they cannot accommodate separate checks and don't reply to messages in a timely manner. They did tell me that they could t accommodate separate checks as requested until 2 hours before our reservation. Very inconvenient. The service was inattentive. We sat for a long time before any of the servers decided to take our table. Not a great experience and usually dining in San Juan is such a joy!
