    Was in for my anniversary and we were very excited to go as we had never been there before and we had read great reviews and heard great things. Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed 😞, the restaurant wasn't busy by any means and there was ample staff working but our server was never available, didn't check up on if we needed anything, we had to ask other servers to bring us cutlery, salt/pepper and actually go up to the bar to ask for drink refills. She also wasn't knowledgeable of the menu options. Secondly, for the amount of money we paid for our food, we expected bigger portions, more option and food that has taste and is cooked properly. My wife had chicken and 1 piece was completely burnt and the 2nd smallest piece was undercooked and the rice pilaf was tasteless and overcooked. Unfortunately, she was also sick after eating the food. My ribs (full rack) was very small and looked like less then a half rack, barely any meat on the bone and was overcooked. The desert (chocolate key lime pie) came out frozen, the small piece was definitely not worth $12. Overall, our experience was terrible and we will definitely not be returning! We will also be letting people know about our experience as well.

    I ordered the ribs, they were fall off the bone but very bland(no flavour) Our food came very late, the last time I was there the same service and food quality. I won’t be going back

    My husband and I recently went there for dinner and it was great. The prime rib was amazing. The service was so friendly. Everything was just lovely. We will definitely be going back again soon.

    Food and service excellent. Not many costumers but noise level was high. Can't imagine noise level when busy. Hard wood ceiling were we were seated and lots of glass/plexiglass bounces sound around. Suggest reducing hard surfaces and replacing hard ceiling with acoustic tiles. Otherwise enjoyed the evening.

    Too much "sauce" or other seasonings on both the lobster and beef. Manager provided another lobster tail, however, the melted butter had some kind of junk in it and it ruined the taste. Also, the tail was heated for too long a period of time and was tough. The stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer were great but, too pricy. Would I go back? Not a chance, because this is my second time disappointed with this location.

    Excellent service. Our server was knowledgeable, efficient and extremely pleasant and attentive (but not overly so). Our drinks were delivered promptly as were our appies and dinner! It was all scrumptious. The owner took the time to chat with us. Great experience. Will definitely recommend.

    Amazing staff! This was such a delightful experience, from front staff to our server Jenna 5 stars all around. Everyone was so kind and sweet to my husband, 1 year old son and I. Very knowledgeable and customer service oriented-my husband and I haven’t received service like that probably ever! Ginny Hendrix- best drink ever and loved the updated menu. I also forgot like 3 things as we were leaving and Jenna ran out to the parking lot to make sure I received everything. We really appreciate everyone here making our father’s day enjoyable! Great end to the weekend❤️

    This was not my first visit to Baton Rouge and as before my server was friendly and professional the food was served quickly and was perfect as ordered and virtually an exact duplicate as the last time which showed total consistency as well as just like every visit an owner visited my table to not only ask if everything was to my expectations but to ask for any input on possible improvement to the experience this not only displays the quality of the restaurant but the desire for excellence but perfection and in my humble opinion I would have to say I have never experienced closer to that I would highly recommend this restaurant for a very memorable dining experience, I can’t say enough about this restaurant and am looking forward to my next visit

    Appetizers and mains were excellent! Service from Roth our waiter was outstanding (attentive, service oriented, quick). We both had seafood dishes and they were cooked perfectly. The only small letdown was a special on half price bottles of wine…after we left the restaurant we saw we paid full price for the bottle…not a big deal and our fault for not catching it at the restaurant. We’ll be back.
