We arrived an hour early for our reservation but were seated without a problem. We were served various courses and our bill by four different servers. The food was very good, the service was excellent, and our visit was most enjoyable. We will be back.

This is a great place to eat. We are repeat customers. Host was friendly and we were seated in a quiet area. Server was fantastic . The food came out quickly and the food was delicious. Enjoyed the carrot cake. Will definitely return.

Kyle was our server. It was Family Night so We went out for dinner. We are a family of 4 - 2 adults/kids. He was friendly, attentive and efficient. Our kids food was out in record-breaking time and he asked at least 3 times in our sitting if everything was tasting good or if we needed anything. His recommendations (knowledge) and demeanour (attitude) are qualities and attributes that any employer or patron can appreciate.

Rack of ribs were not as big as they used to be and obviously went up in price but still tasted good. Extremely disappointed that my favourite sides that I ALWAYS use to order (beans and apples) were no longer on the menu (told it was a head office/corporate decision.... a bad decision). Half way through dinner, our waiter disappeared and never came back...as a courtesy he could have at least told us if his shift was over or was going on break. When we had to get the bill, the substitute waiter got our bill wrong and said we could just divide it up amongst us (not fair because one person's total was much less than the other's so why should they pay more). Frustrated, one person paid the whole bill but unfortunately didn't notice until getting home that there was also a charge for something that was not ordered. BR was always pretty good in the past but I will certainly scrutinize the bill in the future and have mistakes corrected no matter how many times they had to do it to get it right.

Our waiter was Peter,very friendly and funny. Service was very fast. Husband had the lobster bisque which was very good. Brother and sister-in-law had the calimari but said it was too thick there for making them rubbery. Our dinners however were great. Ribs fell off the bone/steaks were melt in your mouth and cooked to perfection and the seafood linguini which my husband ordered and couldn't finish was taken home. First time here and will certainly come back. Price is not too bad for what we consumed. Overall experience was very nice .

My first time at Baton Rouge and I found it to be alright. I enjoyed my meal but my partner found his meal to be average and was not as impressed. The ambiance was quite loud but was very nice!

Even though one of the steaks was a bit undercooked, it didn't ruin the overall experience. The first waiter disappeared after we asked for a couple of more minutes to pick the drinks, but the girl at the reception noticed that we waited long and quickly fixed the issue. It was very professional, and it actually made us very happy. She really deserves a raise. The food was delicious. We will definitely return!

Waiter was either brand new or should not be a waiter. He was nice but not prepared for anything. Asked to take our order then told us to wait. Not prepared to write down our order. 5:45 reservation. 8:30 we left. Took 20 minutes to get our bill. And missed many things, cutlery, straws, our dessert for our Annivesary. Food was average. Even table beside us had a compt meal. They compt our dessert. I will not be back to this location. I usually have a good meal here. Waste of time and money. Manager seemed nice enough. This place has lights that are blinding bright. Noise level good. $220 spent. We do not drink. Place was empty for a busy area of town. You do the math. I feel burned. And the Mrs was upset.

They didn’t have Peach Belinis (which were in the website. Waiter wasn’t sure if anything. We all ordered streaks and not one was done properly all 4 were came the same (medium well) stable was sticky (no very clean) extremely overpriced. Portions are very small.

The food at Baton Rouge, at least the Vaughan location, is so much worse than I recall. The ribs were small, dry and tasteless. We also have their “famous” chicken fingers, which are like a chicken strip deep fried inside funnel cake batter. The presentation was good and the batter as good as you’d expect, but the chicken was rubbery an tasteless too. Really cheap food. Not going back.
