We took our grandma to Baxters Landing to celebrate her 90th birthday. The manager and our server were incredible. Beyond words. They treated our grandma like royalty and seemed incredibly genuine. We all left the restaurant raving about our experience there. Never in my life have I had service that spectacular. It truly was a celebration to remember thanks to the care and attention we received.

First time for Brunch. I had the Landing Breakfast and my son had the Cheesecake Stuffed French Toast. Great portions and quality for both. I will definitely be back.

The naan club I ordered was delicious. However the fries were cold and tasted like they were old. I sent them back. Waitress was anxious to replace them or give me a salad instead, but I decided the sandwich was enough and declined. Everyone else at the table(4 more) really enjoyed their meal.( although no one else had the fries.) Overall, I would recommend this place. (But put a timer on the fries and throw them out if not used in a minimum amount of time)

Almost everything we ordered was delicious. The only item we didn't like was the Korean Cauliflower - the sauce was grainy and we could taste the dry seasoning. We ate here two days in a row and enjoyed all the food and drinks. E.g. The nachos were amazing; the pizzas and wings were delicious; the Cinder Margarita was perfect. Our server, Rachel, was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu and made fantastic suggestions.

We were sat at the back of the restaurant were the garage doors are (closed) but due to the draft coming in it was a little uncomfortable trying to eat because it was so cold. The restaurant should have the heat on or replace the garage doors with something that keeps the colder weather out

As someone who is gluten sensitive I liked that the menu on the website gave me the option of only seeing GF options. There was a decent selection. I enjoyed the seafood GF pasta dish I had. The salmon my sister in law had also looked great (she said it was pretty yummy). I also liked that the dessert menu had a marscope cheesecake as the GF option. And it was soooo good.

Place was nice and quiet and we hand no issues to chat. Finally a place where we don't have to yell at each other to be heard. Would be nice to have some smaller finger foods to snack for those of us who are not big eaters. The French toast dish was awesome. I thought I would only eat half but finished and almost licked the plate clean. Great service as well!!

We made reservations, they couldn't find them. I am currently in an air cast due to ankle surgery. We were seated at the farthest table in the restaurant even though there were closer tables. My husband asked for a mild Ceasar, it was extra spicy. He asked for fish tacos, 1 taco had no topping. My son asked for poutine, we were told no. I know its not on the menu but fries, cheese and gravy were all on the menu. A second no. We have eaten there before and were happy but last night, will be our last trip into baxters landing.

Found the found very expensive. We asked for a little more chips and both parties were charged 1.50 extra for a handful of chips. I wouldn’t have minded paying but think we should’ve been let know ahead of time.

The restaurant was busy, and there wasn’t enough staff to attend to our table. The hamburger was undercooked and had to be sent back, and I had to go and retrieve my own condiments for the table.

I have previously had great experiences at this location. Unfortunately, we had extremely slow, poor service from our waitress. She was not attentive at all. We waited nearly 40 minutes for our drinks, nearly an hour to simply place our order, and then longer again for our food. She did not check in at all. We had ordered a dip platter and asked for extra bread. It took over 30 minutes to receive the extra bread; the restaurant was not busy as it was a weeknight. I wanted to place an order for an item to take home. I told her this and she claimed she would be right back. She arrived back almost 30 minutes later to place this order, leaving us sitting around waiting for this food after we had finished eating. She also tried to take our plates away when we were not finished, and used a rude tone when we let her know we were not done. This staff never introduced herself, but in the future I will ask for a different server if we dine here again. We had told her it was our friend’s birthday- she never offered a dessert menu or any dessert. She also never asked if we wanted additional food or drinks. This was one of the poorest dining experiences I have had.

Been here several times in the past, always a great experience. Yesterday was ridiculous. Waited 2 hrs for food. Food was not what we ordered, plain, no taste and no better than fast food. Server was extremely rude. She got frustrated when we asked for more drinks and ketchup. We waited for an hour for appetizers which came before our drinks. A 200 dollar bill for absolute garbage. I will not return.

My first time at Baxter’s Landing and it was absolutely fantastic. Our waitress was so friendly and easy to allow us plenty of time to chat, choose our food and pay the bill. No rush whatsoever. Super delicious bacon jam burger and sweet potato fries. And the Pinot Grigio hit the spot perfectly. Can’t wait to go again!! Thank you 😊

Ordered the landing CURE Caesar and it was fun and good. Disappointed in the eggs Benedict, eggs overcooked and skimpy on the sauce. Hollandaise was on the sweet side. Not great. We also ordered the charcuterie plate. It was OK. Value for money not great.

The gluten free wings are hard, extremely hard to find in any restaurant. Baxter Landing not only serves gluten free wings but they are unbelievable delicious. My friend who does not have Celiac shared them with me and she couldn’t believe they were not regular wings! Same with the nachos, absolutely delicious 👍

I love this place but was disappointed that the patio was not open on a beautiful and sunny evening. The food was excellent and the value was good. Serving of fries was skimpy but other food servings were generous. The service was not to normal level and definitely needed improvement on this occasion. However, we will be back!

I have been coming to the landing restaurant I will say this was FAR the worse restaurant .. brought my husband and my brother on father's day oh my we even wished we went to Boston pizza ... not only the food was horrible ! they runout of meat ... most of the food we ordered they didn't have . I was sooo ashamed because I spoke so much about the Landing restaurants. My sister was her fist time there she said will never come back here and never recommend anyone here .
