Come join the 400-600 people every Wednesday in our outdoor event Pavilion for a bar, bbq, dancing and a GREAT time-all right on the water’s edge, Every Wednesday (Memorial Day through Labor Day). We keep the party going all winter long- every Wednesday outside of Labor Day-Memorial day, join us in the Bay Pointe Bar & Grille for live jazz, vocals, piano, or guitar from some very talented musicians.     We had a wonderful experience and loved sitting in the room closest to the water. It does tend to get very loud due to multiple people being in there at the same time which I understand cannot really be helped. Our large party of 6 just had a difficult time throughout dinner hearing one another due to the noise. Next time we will definitely eat in the dining area instead. But it was a wonderful experience, great food, good vibes, wonderful service and we look forward to getting married there at Bay Pointe next year!

    We were staying at the Bay Pointe Resort and decided to have our Anniversary dinner at the Bay Point restaurant. We were seated immediately and in the area we had requested. Drinks were served promptly. We informed our server we would be splitting the appetizer, salad, and entree. Everything was served in a timely fashion but we had to ask for extra plates to split everything. She too so long to get us a 2nd plate, that we went to a different table and took an appetizer plate to use. The food was good, not great. The ravioli appetizer was heavily breaded, but tasty. The caesar salad had a few croutons, but apparently they just dumped from a bag. We had a bunch of crouton crumbs all over the salad. The walleye and risotto were excellent though my husband had to go to the bar to get lemon for the fish since our waitress was no where to be found. That said, my husband put the song on his phone that we danced to at our wedding, and the bartended turned off the radio in the room we were in, and my husband and I were able to dance. That was very thoughtful of her and we appreciated it. Overall, we had a good time, but I don't believe it's truly a "special evening" location.

We strive to deliver top-notch food and excellent service, and we missed the mark. I did want to share that those were not crouton crumbs-we make homemade crushed croutons-that is the style our owners prefer! I assure you-it was not the bottom of any bag, we make our ingredients in house with love! Our staff remembers you folks saying how lovely of a time you had at the end of your meal, so I am saddened to hear that was not the case. We want our guests to leave happy, but we can't fix a mistake if we don't know there is one! We hope you give us another chance in the future. Cheers to many more years! Taylor, GM

    We went to Bay Pointe for a relaxing night out. And that we did get. It was a slow fall evening so it wasn't very noisy. We we're greeted with warm smiles from the hostesses and being our first time and a slow evening were given the opportunity to choose where we'd like to be seated. The menu wasn't a huge book like what most restaurants are doing these days. And it paid off for the kitchen which is better able to execute the flavors we tasted. My husband and I shared the Bucca Shrimp and the Crab Cakes which were the only items we took pictures of as we couldn't contain our excitement with our entrees that came next.... I had ordered the 8 oz fillet mignon with green beans, mushrooms and fried onions on top. My husband ordered the Cashew Chicken Stir Fry where we ended switching our entrées to close the night I had a cheesecake with raspberry sauce.... Everything was beautifully prepared and tasted amazing. We look forward to going back to try thier winter menu.

    No issues with reservation offered inside or outside (we chose outside). We were seated very quickly. A wedding banquet was going on and still it was quiet enough to have a normal conversation. Excellent service excellent food (always great here) had a great birthday celebration. The online reservation system was great.

    Our waiter wasn't great - he was slow to come back. Never asked if we'd like dessert and we were there celebrating my birthday. We ended up going someplace else for birthday dessert. The past 2 times we've dined with you, the waiter wasn't great.

    Very good service as soon as we entered. We were 15 minutes early and still got right in. At the table my husband mentioned it was my birthday and they surprised me with two chocolate covered strawberries and Happy Birthday written in strawberry sauce. Nice way to end the meal.

    We have gone to Bay Pointe Inn for dinner many times, but it has been over a year since we last had dinner there. Overall, the quality is still excellent. Our food was very good, the new patio and additional indoor space is great. Our server, Leslie, was polite, friendly, and attentive. Our only criticism of the restaurant is the limited wine selection. We remember that there was an extensive selection of wines, including the malbec and rioja varieties that we enjoy drinking. You will keep us coming back if you broaden your wine selection, across the board.

    We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary- wasn’t acknowledged or given dessert like we have in the past. We chose bay pointe this year because we wanted that same amazing experience to celebrate and it was far from it. Prosecco I ordered was super warm and tasted flat, for $9 it wasn’t worth it and was disappointed.

    Service was great! Food is always outstanding and we love the atmosphere. Parking was difficult because there was a wedding going on at BayPointe Woods and overflow parking was at the restaurant.

    Having had a challenged service experience visiting on a Saturday night during the tourist season we opted for a weekday lunch with out-of-town visitors. Excellent service and food. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. My wife got the grouper sandwich and I got the Hawaiian grilled chicken sandwich and it's a pretty good bet we'd both order those again - very tasty and the warm seasoned potato chips were perfect with the dishes. My only recommendation is to add a protein-based vegan option or two to the menu (besides just a salad, hold the cheese). So many people eat this way now and it's challenging to have one guest that feels out of place when choosing places to eat.

    We are occasional patrons since we live approximately 20 minutes away, but I can say I don't recall a bad experience. The staff is attentive overall, which is a rarity in our area the past couple of years. The grounds are spectacular as well.
