Food was "good " but a bit overpriced Service was the WORST--no-one came to our table for 15 minutes--waiters walked by but not one looked at us. When I told the front desk, a waiter finally came to take our orders. They did not refill our Tea /water and one waiter asked if "everything ok" as he was Walking By!!!--did not even take a moment to stand and give us a moment to answer. I also told the front desk it was my Daughter's 16th birthday and the waiter was not made aware. So disappointed--love Nordstrom sit down restaurant but will continue to go to Fashion Valley location--this was terrible experience--so sad.

The brussel sprouts were amazing! The waitresses and hostess were very nice, engaging, friendly, and efficient. We also had the portabello mushroom house special, the salmon house special, and the fish and chips. The food was very good.

We especially love the cooking at this location: chicken tacos, French Dip, cheeseburger, Caesar salad, and ricotta lemon cookie are faves, and this patio and dining room is roomy & perfect -- but it's the staff and service that bring us in when we're down from LA. You can't go wrong with any of them: Courtney, Chris, Kat, Sophia, Eddie (even if he's at the Fashion Valley Nordstrom's now) -- everyone there makes your meal easy, yummy, and addictive. Keep up the good work, gang!

I love Bazille. This was the first time that I had dinner there and it was very nice but an unusual evening because of the storm. It was probably quieter than usual. The food is always excellent but last night topped all meals. I had the French dip/prime rib and my husband had the Halibut fish and chips (pretty pricey) but turned out it was excellent. The fries are always my favorite. Service was good. Although they close early and were stacking chairs around us. This was very annoying so I recommend not going later than 5:30 p.m.

So disappointed in the new kung pow Brussels sprouts. So hot and spicy 🌶 it ruined the rest of our meal. Had great soups then got our entrees , had a few bites of Brussels and my granddaughter was crying and we were all 🥵 burning up. I yelled for milk and we couldn’t even eat our food. Couldn’t talk just paid and left . Nothing like that should be served without a strong warning and certainly not to a child. Awful. Wasted our entire evening. We felt so bad for our 12 year old. Us too! Miserable heat made us literally ill. We normally are big fans of this restaurant. Loved the food but this was a nightmare.

I took my 18 and 21 year old granddaughters for lunch and they loved it! 1 had the salmon salad and the other one a French dip sandwich. They are picky and want to return next time Grandma is in town! I had the grilled shrimp salad and it was delicious!

The food and service is always excellent. Haleigh is a great waitress! The atmosphere is very nice. We especially like sitting outside, overlooking a courtyard area of the mall. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We had a great lunch, very relaxing (especially with how busy the mall was already). Stopped by for the holiday tastes, not a lot available but the cranberry bliss was tasty. And the tomato burrata salad and chicken/cilantro, lime tacos are always tasty. Quick service and friendly people. Great place to grab a drink and a bite for sure and bust away from the crowds.
