   We sat at the bar and enjoyed the best espresso martini first. Then ordered, upon recommendation of general manager, the burger which was amazing. Our side was the beet salad and it was so yummy. We also tried the potatoes which were decadent. Hope to go again next time I’m in the area!

   We have become regulars at the beacon every month or so we enjoy dinner we order the same thing every time which we find sort of humourous but we just love the things that we order Thai mussels, beet salad, and we share a steak Frites our wine is always outstanding a little high in price for our preference Thomas was the highlight providing very attentive and friendly service and managing our takeout items beautifully We look forward to our next visit

   Shareable appetizer was underwhelming. Quantity for price wasn’t what I expected. Reserved table indoor and the one offered was in the corner and maybe the worst table in the restaurant. Place was empty so didn’t understand the poor table offered. We opted to sit outdoors, but no music with traffic didn’t create a great ambience. Indoors with a better table and some music would have improved the dining experience. Food was okay, but was expecting better given all the favourable reviews. Thought the service was great. Very attentive staff. Just disappointed with the food and ambience. Will try some other restaurants as there are many other options in the same area.

    Good atmosphere. Food was tasty. Although our servers were friendly, there were a several times when we were left without attentiveness and empty drinks/uncles plates. DJ was also great.

    Loved our meals. Our server David was awesome. The crazy pumping loud music while we were eating was horrible. Will try coming on a non-weekend evening next time in hopes the noise level will b better because if it wasn’t for the crazy loud music this place this place would be amazing!!!!

    Nice restaurant with good food but the noise is just too much. It sounds more like a bar than a restaurant. Not pleasant for a romantic dinner or even if you nuag want to chat with girlfriends. You have to practically scream.

    Lovely lunch with only two identified inadequacies. Ordered lamb (really excellent) but they had no mint sauce!! Ordered but they had no biscotti. For a restaurant of this caliber that was a surprise. Other surprise was the ‘front’ door was at the back but that was not a big deal and the bar one walked through looked was nice.

    The Beacon is now our go to spot for top quality delicious food with a great wine selection. The service is always top notch with a knack for personalizing the experience with special touches. We love the large spoons to gobble up the sauce with the mussels as an option to soaking up with the terrific bread. I hear the bar has dancing going on Friday and Saturday nights and that sounds so fun. Cheers!

    We had fabulous service at Beacon and the food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Our only knock is the music gets so much louder as the evening goes on that it’s very difficult to have dinner conversation. We left around 10.

    The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, and I felt comfortable right away. To start, I ordered the oysters and house soup, and they were both exceptional. The oysters were fresh and flavorful, and the house soup was rich and comforting. For my main course, I ordered the steak and truffle fries, and I was blown away. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the truffle fries were crispy and delicious. And, of course, I couldn't resist my all-time favorite dish, the tuna tartar. It was so fresh and flavorful, and it just melted in my mouth. Throughout the meal, our server, Bella, was attentive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. And, the bar mixer, Alex, made the best spicy margarita that perfectly complemented our meal. The manager, Richard, also stopped by our table to make sure everything was to our liking, which was a nice touch. Overall, I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant. The food was exceptional, and the service was top-notch. Thanks to Bella, Alex, and Richard for making it a pleasant dinner that I won't soon forget. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

    The staff are exceptional. All the hostesses are extremely friendly and patient, even when booking or changing reservations. So very rare these days. Plus, every time I go to this restaurant, the wait staff are professional and attentive. And food is delicious. An absolute terrific place to hang out. Only negative is the music is too loud so it’s difficult to have conversations.

    Had a few dishes. Generaly I preferred the appetizers were better thn the main course. We had the tuna tartare and fried seafodd mix. Both were excellent. Waiter was amazing. Wold definitely go back again.

    After 7 pm it became very noisy. Tuna tartare was good but tuna could have been fresher and colder. Our waitress was exceptional!
