Food was great but service no where near the price they charge. Waiter disappeared halfway through taking our order to serve another table and he came to check if the condiments I asked for (never arrived) had come just as I put the last piece of steak in my mouth. Too late!

Whilst the staff on the ground do an amazing job, their owners, Mikhail ZELMAN director of GOODMAN RESTAURANT GROUP LIMITED use this platform to make money out of last minute changes or cancelation. My other party had a family member that was brought in emergency at the hospital and we tried to cancel and they charged us £25 per person for cancellation within 24 hours even if the restaurant was half empty. Their approach to using this platform is not helpful for them and their reputation. Luckily the staff at the restaurant did a fantastic job even if I dined on my own that evening.

Nice restaurant and was busy I’d say. So so expensive though. We had the crab and steak. Limited menu. Food was nice but I didn’t think it was good value for money. Staff were pushy too.

Food was great, a bit annoying that you have to choose from their cuts - if they only had a 600g steak left then you would have to have 600g even if you only wanted 300g. Nonetheless the food was delicious, the Sakura Wagyu was amazing. The stars of the show were the waiters, Teresa was amazing and they were very helpful and friendly.

Got persuaded to get wagyu steak which is totally way too fatty for 2 ppl to share a 500g wagyu steak. Wish the waiter would make that clearer to us how fatty it would be, it’s more something to have a couple of slices each and then have a standard steak. That plus some crab and two starters came up to over £500 for 2 ppl. Second most overpriced meal I ever had. Safe to say won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Still the best steak I’ve ever had in London but it’s a shame the service is so slow when we wanted to pay, we waited nearly 30mins just to get the bill and the restaurant had only 5 couples of guests including us by then so I’m not sure what’s going here

I have not been to Beast for 6 years, and everything is familiar. You can trust this place; the service is very good, as always. The tasting menu price is not cheap, but you can expect a tasty collection of the best dishes. I think king crab legs are not enough for two people. And the desserts are normal.

We were sat by the door to the smoking area. It was so cold the our food was cold by the time we ate it. I don’t understand why we were sat there considering the restaurant only had a few guests in at that time and plenty of seating in non artic conditions. Very disappointed

Great experience overall but the staff was a little pushy on up-selling you on your order. I recommend Beast for sure, but prepare to pay and order what you want, not what they tell you you want.

Great restaurant and the food was excellent. Staff were brilliant and very lovely. Drinks (cocktails and wine) also excellent. But it was very very expensive and don't think the food was as great and the cost of it.

When a restaurant features an ingredient so core to their being that without it, they wouldn’t be in business, they should really contact you before you show up, sit down, wait, and order drinks to let you know they won’t have any of that ingredient. Maybe they could’ve bought us a drink or something to apologize - but no, barely a passing acknowledgement. They emphatically called me for credit card information the night before we arrived - but didn’t call to let us know they wouldn’t have what everyone goes there for. One thinks this is on purpose as many probably would have canceled their reservations. Lesson for everyone else: call the day of and make sure they have crab. For me? I’ve been to Beast at least half a dozen times. Last night will likely be my last.

Great food and service. I briefly mentioned to the staff that it was my girlfriend’s birthday and they completely surprised us with a complimentary cheesecake with her name written on it and ice cream for two. The food was worth its price and the service was outstanding. There is no better restaurant that I’d recommend for a great steak other than Beast

As always, The Beast does not disappoint. This was my fourth visit to the place and am pleased to see that this place maintains the same standards for Food, service and ambience. Great steaks on the board with some excellent truffle chips. The starters and drinks are also impressive. The only irritant this time was the amount of noise as the place was in a full house mode. With its seating layouts, this isn’t a place for a romantic evening.. Nevertheless, this is definitely not my last visit.
