    Glad we made reservations but Very disappointed how the meal came. We ordered chicken ceaser salad and it came on a long plate and the chicken cut beside it. We only ordered a small salad and was very poorly presented and looked like it wasn't a small salad portion at all. We have dined here many times and never had bad food but this meal was very disappointing. As well as the service. The waitress took extremely long to come take our plates and get our bills. It was busy but we watched her serve a few other tables a couple times before she even asked us about our bills and then took 15 mins to get our bill and we were very close to the area where bills are printed. We were almost late for our show.

    Made a reservation, was asked to move tables part way through the reservation for other people. After meals were done and plates were taken away after dinner and it at least 45 minutes before we saw our server again.

    This was the second time in 6 months I used the reservation app & I was again, very frustrated & disappointed. I requested a quiet booth or corner table for the 3 of us as it was my wife's birthday. When we got there we were taken to an open table on the bar side which was what I didn't want. (Staff obviously cannot read & interpret special requests. Requested another table & had to wait 20 - 30 mnutes before one became available.

    Fish & chips- very good Asiago artichoke dip with pretzel bread - great! Especially Pretzel Bread Sun dried tomato pasta & shrimp- great - couldn’t get enough. 2 orders. Chocolate brownie with ice cream & whipped cream- fabulous !!!! Coffee - bloody awful! Sent back the first 2 - next two weren’t much better. Service was great. Mgr wore s sports jacket - nice touch. Beer choices - Excellent. Will go again but not order coffee.

    Been to BeerTown many times, always an enjoyable time. However this time I got the fried chicken poutine and was just very disappointed by the lack of gravy. Had to ask for kethcup as i would say over 50% of the fries did not have gravy. Other members at the table who ordered the same dish had the same criticism.

    I have had a number of dining experiences at Beertown. The food is always good and the beer flights are good. They were most willing to accomidate my Celiac family members and our waitress was great answering questions and staying on top of our service. The noise level was a little loud due to the open atmosphere but acceptable. I highly recomend the Southern Fried Chicken. Best in Barrie in my opinion.

    The atmosphere is good. Lots of fun energy. Service was attentive but as soon as our plates were cleared from our meal, the debit machine was brought over. We really felt pushed out. Food was TERRIBLE.

    Excellent service. Especially when I was able to get the plant based schnitzel even though it was off the menu. Our server was excellent and very on top of checking in with us. It was a bit loud, but mostly because there's nothing to absorb the sound in beer towns.

    Unless you’re seated towards the back of the restaurant, it’s pretty loud in here. The sound seems to bounce off of all the hard surfaces. The hostess stand staff were very nice, and our server was friendly enough. She never came to check after our meals were dropped off, which is unfortunate because my husband’s fish and chips were cold and soggy. I had tomato soup which was good, but my chicken was lukewarm but also soggy. It’s odd because our meals were delivered 5 minutes after ordering so our food must have just kissed the deep fryers before being brought out. The best Beertown is in Cambridge, and I think we’ll opt to only visit that one going forward.
