Probably the best gravy I have ever had but the steak had a lot of nerves. I ordered the New York Steak sandwich with fries and gravy.

It was incredibly crowded. We made a reservation for 2 and they had us between two large tables of 4. It would have been nice to be on the end. It was so loud from the music and the other tables we were squished between that we couldn’t even talk to each other. Server was okay. He only came once to check on us after 3/4s of our meal was eaten. Will not be returning.

3rd time dining here and never disappoints. Good size portions. Tried the brisket burger, so good! My only comes that whenever I'm ready to pay I can never find my waitress.

Though the staff were super friendly, service was fairly slow. Large portion sizes definitely give you bang for your buck. The vegan menu was pretty extensive and impressive! The vegan “chicken” reminds me of fish you would get with fish n’ chips. Unfortunately the vegan wings weren’t tossed in their sauce, and not nearly enough was provided to dip all of them into, so that was a bummer and not what we were expecting. So those I wouldn’t purchase again and don’t think they’re worth the money.

Greeted by lovely people. Maddie (server) was very knowledgeable, attentive, extremely personable and a great sense of humour! Good menu selection and very tasty. Will be back to check out other menu options. LOVE that this is a Canadian/local business. We need to support our Canadian talent and entrepreneurs.

The food was to die for (brisket platter, calamari, fish tacos, tomato basil soup) ! The paddles were perfect! Our waiter Harrison went above and beyond! Absolutely enjoyed our time and when we come back to the city will definitely be visiting again!!

If you're a beer lover this is the place for you. I don't drink beer, I go for the food. There Flatbread pizza rocks! Friendly staff will take good care of you.

We live in the area and the service is always great. Good vibe with TVs playing different sports or events. Not loud so you actually hear people talk at your table. We like coming here for the southern fried chicken. They happened to have an Ocktoberfest special where we were able to order a stein of Hofbrau beer.

Our server Danielle was outstanding. She was extremely attentive. She always made sure our water was filled when we said that we were so thirsty. She made great recommendations and double checked food ingredients when one of our party had food allergies. She was fast and efficient making sure she got our order in before the kitchen got too busy. She’s a keeper and a credit to beertown.

Food was quite delicious, especially the calamari. Servers were helpful in answering questions and recommending beverages. Restaurant was quite busy so wait time for food was quite long. Maybe not a suitable choice if one is in a hurry to catch a concert, ball game or hockey game. Will gladly return to Beertown.

No Bussing of tables after eating, had to move our dirty plates to a stand on our own after 15 minutes. Food :the coleslaw was awful, the dressing or coleslaw must of been sitting in the open or hot area for hours. First beer had to wipe the glass clean with napkin - blackness on the napkin beer service was good, food served in reasonable time. But overall very disappointed.

Our server Dessa, she was amazing and attentive. I've been to many restaurants in the Toronto core and you usually get rushed service and they want you out the door. Her service was exceptional, the food was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect. I would defiantly recommend this place as go too
