   Celebrated our first year anniversary in Niagara Falls and primarily chose this restaurant because of its river views and outdoor dining. It was beautiful but we were happily surprised that the food was great. Our server was also amazing. She offered us free desert for our anniversary which we declined because we were too full but she gave it to us anyway to go… and we enjoyed it later that night.

   This restaurant has beautiful views and ambiance is great. But food is terrible…Most of the food has vinegar the pasta….. including the cauliflower charcuterie board. Very pricey not worth the the lack of quality in the food. Waiter was very nice but not sure the delay in service (the place had four guest);however, it did appeared as if he was training someone as he was trying to attend our table. I would not recommend this to a friend. Thank you.

   The waitress on staff seemed to not want to service our table. The bartender sat us and took our order (by memory). The waitress sat someone right after us and they got their food first. We felt very unwelcomed, the bartender tried but the damage was done. Horrible experience and put a negative light on the hotel. I would NEVER return.

    Didn’t realize it was in a hotel until we got there. The outdoor patio looked beautiful, would be nice to come back in the summer and enjoy the view with all the string lights. The service was excellent, and the food was incredible. Huge portions too. Me and my partner both had the Ragu Parppadelle and both thought it was fantastic. If I had to give a critique, it would be that there was no music in the background to drown out other tables’ conversations.

    It was my husband's birthday and new year's eve, so we knew it would be busy and loud. The food was beyond delicious, however, my husband ordered an appetizer that never came until his supper was served. I brought dessert with candles to surprise my husband, the waitress dropped one of the candles, couldn't remember my husband's name, and was clearly very nervous and shaking. The manager came over and asked if the food was good, yes it was good, the service however was not.

    Bar tender didn’t know how to make our drink. Chicken Marsala was overcooked and dry and overpriced. No salad or bread. Server was friendly.

    This “restaurant” is nothing more than a few tables set up in a hotel lobby. Hotel lobby cuisine! The entrees are over priced for “out of the box food. “ The spicy pasta dish was inedible… we were warned that it was spicy and we like spicy … but this was inedible. Ground sausage and looked like a sloppy mess! The poor server who took care of us was attentive. But when two entrees were untouched and we asked for the check, she never asked if everything was ok. I don’t think she care how the meal was. It wasnt her fault so we tipped accordingly. This place was a joke.

    It was very disappointing from the moment u stepped in the door. Very rundown. Drinks were good but it ended there. My husband could not eat his chicken….it was uncooked and chewy….when we told our waitress all she said was sorry. I suggested that maybe they could do something about the price of the meal since he couldn’t eat it…….after checking she took off half the amount of the entree! I have been in the restaurant business and that is not how that is handled.

    Great outdoor dining overlooking the Niagara River. Good selections of lunch items to choose from. Looking forward to next year to attend when they have music outside while dining. It stopped after Labor Day. They were short staffed but our hostess/waitress did a good job of keeping up. I think she was the bar server also.

    Our first time going there for my boyfriends birthday and the sunset is AMAZING!! The ocean... the walk to the water during sunset.. the weather is perfect so is the food!

    Venue is beautiful on the water. Food was ok, it was bar food at best. Customer was complaining of their food when we arrived so that set the tone. The waitress was nice but was rushing us to order, it was not busy. The place seems to have an issue with an identify. It presents as a high end restaurant, however, waitresses in bootie shorts and fluorescent socks and the burger was greasy, the 20$ Caesar salad was soaked in dressing and fries were sitting for a while. The charcuterie was basic as best, grapes, cheese with bad spots on it and 4 slices of meat. They did have a wedding party there and some staff were dressed up. It wasn't a terrible experience but I wouldn't return.

    We went for a dinner. Good was ok. Service was decent. But ambulance was like fast food restaurant. Plastic cups, no table cloths. And fast food restaurant furniture. Wouldn’t recommend go there for a special occasion.

    A very bizarre location for a restaurant, as there's literally nothing around. Restaurant offers a view of the river. Overall there's nothing very remarkable about the decor or food. Couple of interesting dishes (grilled octopus appetizer is one example); otherwise it's a pretty standard fare. Not much to choose from as far as wine list goes.     I picked Bella Vista because it had patio by the water, there was a band playing. I did read reviews just to get a feel for what other people had commented on. The food was excellent, the view awesome! I think everyone has to keep in mind restuarants have very limited staff, everyone is running around trying to accommodate everyone. So be patient don’t get upset with your waitress. We’re planning on going back many again.

    Outdoor dining area is beautiful in the summer. I didn't like that the server declined to substitute one cheese for another on the salad I wanted. I ordered something else but not anxious to return

    After ordering, we found out that they were out of salmon. Disappointed, I asked if they could slightly alter one of their menu offerings, and the server refused to even ask the chef, claiming the chef wouldn't normally be open to menu changes, and while busy the server wouldn't even ask. The outdoor seating was very nice, but the food made our anniversary celebration a disappointment.

    Nice place to eat overlooking the Niagara River, a bit out of town if your staying in Niagaras hotel and casino area, but worth a bit of a bike ride or drive.
